    Hiya
I felt enormous as none of my clothes fit right but I noticed that my Hollister skinny joggers I'm wearing today seemed bigger than usual even with leggings underneath and my baggy Hollister t-shirt was baggier than usual.

I hope you didn't wear all those layers for WI MrsR!;)

Well done for staying on track, you'll get there.

I've got 'nothing to stop me' today so should have all day on plan.

    EE menu:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB porage with HEA milk
L: cold meat and stir fry or maybe HM vegetable soup
D: lamb hot pot (carrots, leeks, onions, maybe mushrooms) with cabbage
Syns: lamb won't be totally fat free but otherwise none.
ETA: looked up SW recipe and it's one syn with some flour. I may adapt my own recipe as I don't think it uses flour.

2lb off for me for the challenge please!! Got my Club10 shiny sticker!!

    :T

Not entirely sure how that's happened, but I'll take it!

Wedding in 3 weeks - would be great to a) get 1.5 stone shiny and b) go into the next stone and be 12st something!!

Good luck to everyone . . .hugs to those struggling for whatever reason.

Didn't get chance to post yesterday but after 3 weeks on the plan have finally have dropped below my starting weight, with a loss of 3lbs.:D The first week, I followed the EE plan where I gained 3lbs, since then I've alternated daily between Green, Original and EE and managed to lose the 3lbs I'd gained.

I seem to prefer the Green days so this week, I'm going to stay with green and see what sort of loss I get and the following week I might try a week on Red. I do like meat and fish but don't really eat much of it so on the green plan, if I fancy it, I can have it as a HEB or syns.

Well done to all the losers :T and ((hugs)) to those who STS or gained. Good luck to all for this week. :)

Morning all!! Not posted for a few days, was away at the weekend and have also come down with a horrendous post holiday cold, been rolling about my bed coughing and sneezing, and not even able to moan because I've totally lost my voice.

Safe to say all the good work of the past few weeks has been undone by the weekend away, too scared to go near the scales, especially after a mahoosive burger king yesterday :(

So today I am RIGHT BACK ON PLAN, success express all week to try and undo some of the damage because I am swerving the class this week on the grounds that I am ill. Veg fruit and water all the way!! Has anyone got any good links to meal ideas for success express meals? I was going to make some SW muffins today and have them with lots of veg for lunch but really want to make a go of it this week.

As an additional aside, I've been texting my consultant this week, telling her all the drama with my psycho ex and the job and blah blah, she seems to think I would make a good consultant (she's been saying this to me for about a year) but theres actually a meeting about she's invited me to on Friday. I'm quite keen on the whole idea, has anyone else ever looked into it and what did you think?

Will sit down with a cuppy later and go back the 30 or so pages I have missed on the thread and catch up with you all then xxxxxx

    Hi All

Sorry I have not had time to read back, I am so busy due to hubbys shifts & me having to take kids here there & everywhere straight after I finish work. I am not getting any walking in either for my 13 mile walk in a few weeks :eek:Am failing miserably on the Easter Challenge on here....STS this week Shala Moo.

I am just at a standstill just now, don't know what else I can do & I am going to London this weekend & absolutely dreading the scales on Monday!!

Hope you are all well & sorry for just barging in, I am a little bit peeved off!!!

    EE Plan Today:-

    B - Kiwi, Activia 0% lemon/Lime
L - Speed Soup, Melon, Strawberries, Rocky Road Hi Fi (1/2 heb)
D - HM Lasagna (HEA + 4 syns), large salad, strawberries
Syns - 1 for milk (Total of 5)

Will have another hifi later on tonight with a wee cuppa tea, trying to stick to 5 syns a day just now so I can indulge a little in London.

This was a recipe someone in group put on our group fb page, a few tried it & are singing its praises so I thought I would share x

    Chilli Beef Bake –Serves 4

(Syn free if using cheese as HEA)

    1lb Extra Lean Mince
    I onion chopped
    150g mushrooms sliced
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 pint beef stock
1 mug of long grain rice
    1tsp salt
    ½ tsp pepper
    1tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp cumin
    ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
    2 cloves garlic (crushed)
160g low fat cheddar cheese grated

The girl also added kidney beans, passata, smoked paprika & balsamic vinegar to her recipe.

Place the minced beef and chopped onion in a large non-stick pan & fry over a medium heat until the minced beef is browned & the onion is soft.

Add all the other ingredients apart from the cheese, mix well, bring to the boil then reduce the heat & simmer for about 20-30minutes until the rice is cooked and the liquid has absorbed (only stir occasionally so the rice doesn’t break up). Once this stage is reached, taste to see if needs more salt or pepper

Put the mixture into a large ovenproof dish & sprinkle over the grated cheese & bake at gas 6/200/400 until cheese has melted and the top is browned.

I know they are crazy high. My aunt arrived with the said scones and to be fair they are more like brown bread as they were quite green. I would be nearly afraid to syn them as brown bread though as they were about 150g.

I may try green days same as wizkid, as I'm vegetarian too, will have to dig the book out and read up so I know what I'm doing first. I seem to be sticking around the same weight, so something different might help.

If you don't eat meat or fish then you may as well do green days as you get extra healthy extras! My friend is vegetarian and her consultant said no point in doing EE.
