Hey all
I'm about to drive home so won't reply for an hour or so but I was wondering if you lovely lot could help me with the best chinese syns options.
I spotted on another forum that chow mein has now jumped up to 16.5 syns which would usually be my first choice!!
Any suggestions + syn value?
I heard chicken chop suey/beef in black bean sauce is reasonably low?
To put it in context I don't mind eating veggie or meat dishes but I will have the whole portion to myself as everyone likes different things (that's my excuse OK
Thanks in advance allDEBT FREE AT LAST!

My downfall with Chinese isn't the meals it's the spring rolls.:oYou're fine with plain rice or plain noodles (free). These are some of the best choices I saw online:
450g of chow mein 8.5
360g of beef/chicken in black bean 5
300g of chop suey 5.5
300g beef with mushrooms 4.5
I think the weights must be pretty average restaurant/take away portions. There's huge variation, beef with green peppers/spring onions/water chestnuts is 12!

Hello everyone
Hope you are all doing well. Forgot to post last week after a very odd .5 gain but must have been a blip as I lost 4.5 lbs this week. Just 1.5 to get my 3 stone award :j:j0 -
Hi all,
I have been keeping up with all the posts but haven't had time to post anything myself. Easter is creeping up on us all quickly now and if I get to my target weight of 15 stone I WILL be having the Easter egg my wife has bought me.
Fingers crossed I can make it as I still have 7lb to lose.
Anyway this week was a loss of 2lb for me so need to do a bit better over the next couple of weeks.
I really struggled today not to eat the quality street and other chocolate in the house.
Todays menu is below, what do you think??
B - 2 satsumas and a banana
L - batchelors rice with two poached eggs
S - Satsuma
D - SW chicken curry and rice with Toffee Muller Light yogurt
S - Mugshot (I will have that at half time of the footie)0 -

The Asda chosen by you meringue nest, 8 pack, 13g each is 2.5 syns each
The muller light banoffee pie flavour is 1 syn and if the forest fruit is frozen chosen by you that that would be free. Think you better let your friend know that it is not free.
