    Morning all
I think my body magic is finally catching up with me- I'm struggling to walk today. :( just as well I have to be a good girl today and do my TMA 03 :( it's due early May but I'm away when it goes in so I need to submit by next Thursday  part 1 today the part 2 next week :) I have to pop down to the dr's surgery later which is just a short walk so that will have to suffice- in too much pain to go on any long walks today :(

    Today's menu:
B: Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, banana, NAS Ribena
L: Diet Coke Quorn, Uncle Ben's Thai Chilli Rice (2.5 syns) Pink lady apple
Snack: HEXB HiFi Seductive Salted Caramel, 1x Chokomallo (3 syns) - when I'm stressed only sweet things will do ;)
T: Tesco Healthy Living Chicken in tomato and basil sauce (1/2 a syn) steamed mixed veg, Mullerlight
S: MugShot, 2 x Ryvita Cracked Black Pepper (3 syns) with 2x HEXA Laughing Cow light blue cheese and ham.
Drinks are NAS Ribena, Robinsons NAS Cordial and 1x cup of Beanies Irish Cream coffee.
    Syns: 9
    Hope everyone's ok xx

Haven't seen the HiFi Seductive Salted Caramel - will have to have a look on Thursday. They sound yummy! Is it just 1 for HEB? Might be difficult to stop at just one, LOL!

    Hey everyone,

I'm still here. Soooo need to get back on track! There is a little light at the end of the tunnel with the depression thankfully - so need to get back on plan like now!!!!

I guess other things have gotten in the way and I have totally fallen off the bandwagon - need to get back on it now!!

Expecting a gain this week - but sure - isn't the end of the world.

Hopefully you will seeing me back to regular posting now :)

    Morning all,

I can report a 1.5lb loss this week. yay!

I think it would have been more, but had a fabby night out on Saturday, with cake and wine, so I'm happy with that!

I seem to be getting on better having all green days, I bought the cookbook last night, which is great as I'm vegetarian, and they are all veggie.

I'd still like to loose another 4-5 lbs so do we start a new challenge soon?

I am struggling for motivation at the moment! Stuck in the library all day writing essays and the weather is so nice outside! Still managing to keep on track over all weighed in at 189lbs this morning. I am always a bit lower in the morning but it's a confidence boost form because it is the lowest I have been in around a year to be honest. Hoping to get to 180lbs and go from there :)

Good to see the losses coming in. I'm at a morning WI tomorrow, and expect that to give me a 'false' loss, but then next week we have a morning WI on the Monday as it's bank holiday, instead of the usual evening, so it will all even itself out in the end.

Yesterday went brilliantly taking along food for the evening, so really pleased with all that planning. I got blimming chilly though, so had the hot choc at the track just before we came home.

Today I'm going out for the afternoon/evening, but my friend has offered to do us some tea before we go out, as she knows I'm trying to be 'good', so here's today's plan:

    B - Danio yogurt (1), banana, apple
L - Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, pickled onions, lean ham, lighter mayo (1), apple (1.5) shape crumble yogurt (0.5)
D - Not sure, think it will be a sandwich or wrap, so I'll allow 11 syns for it to be on the safe side, as I have little control over this, apart from how much of it I eat.

Off to the cinema to night to see Cuban Fury with a bunch of girls, so it should be good fun, then going for a quick drink after. I'll stick to diet coke, and avoid any nibbles in the cinema. I'll take some fruit in my handbag just in case I get peckish, and an Alpen bar for a desperate time!

It's * week, although it's arrived 5 days early, so that's pretty much accounted for the chocolate I was craving last week. Thought I felt rubbish yesterday!
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
