Wiz kid, not sure what menu you're doing today but if it's EE then you've had too many healthy extras.. You're allowed only one of each on EE. If it's a green day then you've still had too many as you've had bread, porridge and pork.
It's your supper that's put you over, could you change this to some free food instead of toast?
Eta just realised this is tomorrow's menu so you have time to change it..

wiz, I agree with Shala that you haven't got the plan quite right. I'm assuming you mean to do Green in which case you've got too many HEBs (porage, toast and pork). Depending how much milk you've had you might have been able to call it an EE day as you've got a reasonable amount of SF in there. Another possibility you aren't losing is too much bread as it doesn't agree with everyone.
Have we suggested Success Express before for a bit of a shake up? Without going into the details, a start would be really upping the SFs to more like two thirds instead of a third.
Oh dear I couldn't do that I hate vegetables, it takes me all my time to eat what I can, and as for bread it's one of my failings. E E days I even choose bread for a syn. Cause there is only one A & one B.
Anyway, I will keep trying a little more veg and thanks for keeping an eye on me.0 -

Didn't manage to get on yesterday but had an EE day:
B - porridge, Mullerlight, banana (HEB)
L - egg mayo sandwich, salad (5.5)
D - beef & pepper stew, mash (1.5)
HEA - milk in tea
Syns - 2 slices WM bread 5; LTL mayo 0.5; spread in mash 1.5
Also ate 2 oranges & another banana - need to buy more fruit!!!
Today will be a Green Day:
B - scrambled eggs on toast (HEB)
L - HM beanburger, SW chips
D - cauliflower cheese (HEA & HEB for sauce + 2 for flour)
HEA2 - milk in tea throughout the day
Have to be less generous with the syns until Wednesday as only have 14 for the 3 days! Only 2 so far today not sure if I'll have any more but haven't got much fruit left - only a banana - until I go shopping again tomorrow.

Hi All, great seeing that combined weight loss total on the Easter challenge chart creeping up. However, I will be letting the side down this week as I have gained 1/4lb Goodness only knows how that happened as I have stuck to plan religiously and even had a 6 mile walk and 20 mile bike ride this week.
On the plus side, everyone at work is noticing my weight loss and complimenting me on it. I've been trying on dresses for an upcoming wedding and have been able to pick any size 14 off the rack and it fit :j Just need to find one that's in my price bracket that I really like - I can find loads outside of it, tut!
I felt the interview went well last Monday, but I didn't get the job because my SQL skills were a bit rusty. Maybe I should have stayed home for the weekend and revised. Never mind, I have a job and it gives me the opportunity to look for something else that will interest me and it was all good experience.
Right, onwards and downwards. Counting days til the Easter holidays :j0 -

That's hardly a massive gain Seabee and it sounds like you're toning up and losing inches rather than pounds. Just keep plodding and it will show on the scales eventually.
Sorry wiz, I'd forgotten about your dislike of vegetables. If I were you I'd stick to Green permanently to take advantage of the HEXs and if you want meat either syn it or have a small amount as a HEB.
I think we're eating very similar food today denise.:)
My EE plan:
B: NAS Ribena, HEB toast, scrambled eggs
L: not hungry but may have banana or fry some LO vegsmoked haddock, cauli & broccoli cheese, SW chips
Syns: cheese sauce, squirt of HP0 -
That looks like a Green day to me LD. So if you make your Bran Flakes and rasher your 2 HEBs, you've got plenty of HEA left. And wot no syns??? or are you saving them?
To add to my SW breakfast, I ended up with no lunch and sausage (1 syn), mash and veg for supper with gravy syns too.
So a reasonable SW day but must do better.
Thanks Maman. Only starting to was keeping to the EE as i figured I would get my head around this before I confuse myself with Red or Green. I didn't use syns that day but i think i more than made up for it the weekendSPC #352
