Hi everyone
Maman, I get my Lipsy stuff from the Lipsy stores, either in Leicester, Nottingham or Birmingham. I like the Birmingham store because it's bigger but the only problem is it's right opposite Hollister so I can end up spending an obscene amount of money in about 10 minutes flat
3 weeks today until my ball  I've just booked my leg wax and my gel nails  I'm really knuckling down and being very strict with myself for the next few weeks which will be very hard as it's Easter the weekend before.. I only have one tiny egg though and OH is paying half towards my nails instead of getting me an egg so I won't be tempted! I can't believe that I've worked so hard for a year for this and there's only 3 weeks left   I went to sort out the hotel booking the other day and I forgot how luxurious the place is we're going- I'm looking forward to being pampered but will be sort of sad as it will be the end of the seasonI know I'm going to have a stonking gain after the event but sod it- I've shed blood sweat and tears to shed this five stone and I'm going to have a Jagerbomb or two and thoroughly enjoy the choc brownie and clotted cream ice cream they're serving for pudding!
Today's menu:
B: HEXB Tesco Wheat Biscuits with HEXA s/s, banana, cup of coffee with remainder of HEXA milk
L: MugShot, apple, banana, glass of NAS Ribena
T: SW carbonara with 3x Laughing Cow light (4.5 syns) fresh strawberries, Mullerlight, glass of 7Up Free
S: Small pack of Metcalfe's Skinny Topcorn (4 syns) 2 small vodka and Diet Cokes (5 syns) off to the cinema tonight.
Hope everyone's ok x*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -
Sorry I never posted last weeks weigh in so i'll do them both now if that's ok.
last week 1 lb on
this week 1 1/2 off.
thanks0 -
Doing mfp alongside SW can work especially if you're good with the Body Magic, just make sure you don't go hungry and sabotage yourself.
I agree - MFP gives me 1500 a day plus any exercise calories (I wear a fitbit so I know if I've used those calories or not) 1200 calories that some of you ladies are on seems low  unless maybe i'm a piggy :rotfl::rotfl:
It's obviously working for you all though! some fab losses again.. :T:T
Chart update.. lots more people meeting their targets!!Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
wk 5 WI - +.4lb should have gone for a STS as can't even lose a measly 4lb .
Lost the plot this week, work decided to have a well being do which turned out to be cake and lots of it. Would have been rude to refuse. Must try harder as am now spot on target and really do not want to go above.
Feeling a bit under the weather, bit of a throat thing going on but nothing I can put my finger on iykwim? Anyway it's Easter half term so can relax and forget the stress of work for a couple of weeks :T
Good luck all and keep the faith :AIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I have to make sure I exercise on Friday and Saturday to earn my rum and diet coke on MFP. I love the fact it tells me what my weight could be in 5 weeks, really motivates. I have set at 1200 but do exercise for the extra calories for snacks....
It also stops me under eating, which is a danger when over focused then leads to me being hungry and risking a binge.
I log everything and it stops me sometimes eating rubbish as I know i'll have to log.
Had the mayflower chicken curry tonight, never tried before, was very nice.Morgage till Nov 30 GOAL MFW Sept 2016Aug 11 - £100k Aug 2016.... It's GONE!!!!!

Good evening everyone!
Had a hectic few days so just catching up on all your posts. This week has been ok for me, with a mixture of green and ee. However, was absolutely exhausted by the time I got home from work today, so guess what?....that's right, take away again!
Thankfully, I hand in my final assignment (final one for this year anyway) next week so can then return to some sense of normality with meal planning and advance prep.
Got a night out next Saturday so need to try and save some syns, although sure I will get some body magic on the dance floor to help work off some of the liquid syns!
Think tomorrow will be ee as planning a roast dinner. Not sure what breakfast will be yet though.
WI tonight and a loss of 1lb0 -
Thanks Maman, I don't go to SW now I am trying myself . I can't see the sense of spending all that money and I am still the same as I was 2 year ago. If I start to lose again then I may go back.
I have registered for MFP and it looks promising. Please keep your fingers crossed for me as I think it might just push me a little harder. I have filled in todays menu but I was 85 over my daily calories. No matter, I will try a little harder to keep below or just on my daily allowance. Thanks again.0 -
I'm getting excited for you MrsR, just 3 weeks to go and it sounds like it's going to be a brilliant night out. I think it's great to have something special to aim for and you'll soon get back on plan afterwards.
I've looked up Lipsy and apparently there's a 'Bank' store in my city that stocks it plus I'm going to be in Brighton for Easter and they have a store there. I think some of their stuff I've seen on line looks really nice. I'll have to go and investigate.
Had a baguette and chips at lunchtime in the pub:o but been more or less on plan since and am hoping to be good all this coming week.
Good to see you tie. Considering the few months that you've had I think you've done brilliantly to stay at target. Enjoy your break and have a good rest.0 -
Welcome 32b and helenbaybee
Tenthirteen I do SW online.
Had a short break away with my husband and son. Wednesday is my usual weigh in day but was not taking the scales with me. Weighed myself Friday and lost 4lb. Takes me to 19 lbs off in 5 weeks and 2 days.
Being on holiday has made me realise how much affect SW is having on my eating habits in a good way. Although I did not stay on plan 100% while away I limited my naughtiness. When I think about what I would have eaten before I started I am shocked.
Its hubbys birthday this weekend so things where thrown out of the window on Friday as he wanted take away for a treat so I had pizza and chocolate cheese cake EEEKKKK. I have a christening tomorrow and there is a buffet but I am going to eat before I go and have some healthy snacks in the car. Expecting a STS or gain on Wednesday weigh in and it will be totally my own fault. Did not enjoy the pizza, the cheesecake was another matter though.
Managing 10 km a day on the exercise bike now and enjoying doing it. Hubby laughs as I read my kindle while I am doing it. Looking into something I can do at home to tone my arms aka my bingo wings and stomach. I am going to have terrible overhang of lose skin when I finally get all this weight off so need as much help as I can in this area.
Cannot see any difference yet, cannot wait until I go down my first clothes size. I have hit the first target I set myself though which was to get to the weight I was when I had my son in Jan 2013. Next target is to get to the weight I was when I found I was pregnant.
Breakfast - eggs and beans
Lunch - mug shot, muller light, alpen light, fridge raiders roast chicken.
Tea - omelette with onion, mushrooms, pepper and courgette. Massive salad, beetroot and cottage cheese.
Hea - milk in cuppas and 2 x light laughing cow triangles.
Heb - 1 x alpen light
Syns - fridge raiders 2, tassimo creamer pod 2, cheese cake 15 - total 19!0 -
