Evening all
Been shopping today in an attempt to chase away that pesky black dog. It sort of worked.. My joints ache instead tho! Some cracking body magic though- 6.2 miles and 652 calories burnedputting the finishing touches to my summer wardrobe.. Which this year is mainly Primark with small sprinklings of Lipsy and Hollister
I have to share my two fave summer outfits I've bought which are a pale floral t-shirt with sparkly detail from Lipsy, worn with a cropped white cardie my Mum gave me and soft pale blue boyfriend jeans from Primark, and a white t-shirt with pale mint green sparkly print and pale mint green joggers both from Hollister. Hope you don't mind me sharing that
I'm quite happy now. I've also bought some PJ's from a posh knicker shop (and they were in the sale!) ones a floral cotton onesie and the other is a lovely blue pair with a nice print. I love being able to buy what I really like instead of being restricted to about 3 shops!
Anyway. I digress. Food plan!
Brunch: Tesco Sweet Chilli Chicken Noodle Salad (2.5 syns) cheese twist (2 syns) mango, pineapple, apple, kiwi, melon pieces in pots, bottle of 7Up Free
Snack: Tesco Honey Roast Ham, grape, blackberry, blueberry, strawberry pot, Pink lady apple, mandarin, litre of mineral water
T: SW carbonara with HEXA laughing cow light blue cheese, 2 Mullerlights with cherry underlayer (3 syns) pint of NAS Ribena
S: Chicken MugShot, HEXB HiFi Rocky Road bars.
Syns: 7.5
Body Magic: 6.2 miles round the shops!
Hope everyone's ok x*The RK and FF fan club* #Family*Don’t Be Bitter- Glitter!* #LotsOfLove ‘Darling you’re my blood, you have my heartbeat’ Dad 20.02.200 -

That looks like another good Green day wiz. When do you weigh in? You don't need to keep your syns so low unless you're saving them. Many people go for the maximum (15 a day) and then cut back a bit if weightloss slows up.
Doing mfp alongside SW can work especially if you're good with the Body Magic, just make sure you don't go hungry and sabotage yourself.
Shopping trip sounds really successful MrsR. Where do you buy your Lipsy stuff?
Today I'm having an off plan meal/snack in the pub at lunchtime then I'm hoping to be totally back on track for the rest of the week. My jeans feel really tight this morning which is a warning to me to rein myself back in.
My breakfast (fried egg on toast) and supper (HM pork burger, SW chips, peas, onions, tomatoes, mushrooms) are on plan though.0 -
