    Hi another go today.

    B cottage cheese on toast b + 2 Syns

    L. Veg soup. ( big bowl) fruit

    Snack. Crisps 5 Syns

    D. Baked bean new potatoes or chips, beetroot. Fruit

    Supper toast b. Fruit

    A milk B toast B toast
    Syns 7

That looks like a good Green day wiz. I'm assuming the 2 syns at breakfast were for spread? You could even have cheesy chips if you wanted at supper time.

I'm a bit undecided what to have today. I've had my HEXs at breakfast (porage with milk) so off to do my meal plan but it's definitely going to be a SW friendly day.;)

Hi everyone, sorry I have not posted much this week but my Black Dog is back with a vengeance, I have stayed on track which is amazing for me and am pleased with my 2.5lb loss this week. That makes 9.5lbs in 2 weeks :j

I am a bit stuck in a rut with my meals mainly because of the stupid time I have to eat, but I am on holiday next week so hope to do some cooking and freezing.

Well done to everyone who has lost weight and hugs to those struggling xx

Back on plan again today! Having an EE day as it's easier with DH at home sick:

B - bacon, egg, mushrooms, baked beans
L - garlic sausage & salad sandwich (HEB + 0.5 1Tbs LTL mayo instead of spread)
D - mixed seafood kedgeree; rhubarb, jelly (0.5), vanilla Mullerlight

HEA will be milk in tea throughout the day.

Syns: 1 so far; probably a couple of glasses of red this evening.

Plodding on here. Strange how once you step away from the plan for a day or so, regardless of reasons, you seem to lose a bit of the happy rhythm of things.

Anyway, trying to persevere, despite having a mad craving for chocolate today, and that's unheard of for me, because I'd usually crave something savoury or carby like bread.

    So, here's today's plan: Green

    B - Danio yogurt (1.5) apple, banana,

    snack - satsuma

L - Savoury rice, broccoli, cabbage, onions, ham (heb1)

    snack - Hartley's 10cal Jelly (0.5) smarties (9)

D - I'm not sure, maybe just be a baked potato again with salad & pickles, as I'm not very interested in food, but know I'll feel hungry. That means I get a 2nd HeA for cheese today, saves syns. Dressing (1)

    Total Syns: 12
    Hea1 - milk
    HeB2 - may not bother

I'm not sure if it's the meds I'm on, or the infection I've got that's upsetting my tummy, and making me crave things. I've have had some Smarties to curb it.

Really hope those with the black dog hanging around can get it off to the kennels very soon. Really hope you can get out of the funk soon, and know it can be tough, so sympathies with you.

No plans here for the weekend, and it's now easter school hols for the boys, so hoping to get some much needed sleep if I can.

Greentiger happy hols! Sounds like a lovely week away with the family. I'd like to hope I could do something similar with my lot in years to come, but somehow can't see my OH tolerating it. Think when he's waited so many years to get some time alone with me, he'll want to make the most of the peace and quiet. :o

Hello all... see some great losses again! :j:j

Really tired tonight :( think it's definitely an early night.. I can't even have a lie in tomorrow as I've booked myself in for a ridiculously early hairdressing appointment!

Hope everyone's ok, I was just updating the chart and I noticed Beanie hasn't been around for a few days - hope you're ok and that Krispy Kreme didn't get you xx

That looks like a Green day to me LD. So if you make your Bran Flakes and rasher your 2 HEBs, you've got plenty of HEA left. And wot no syns??? or are you saving them?

To add to my SW breakfast, I ended up with no lunch and sausage (1 syn), mash and veg for supper with gravy syns too.

So a reasonable SW day but must do better. :o

Mid week weigh as will struggle to weigh next week, another 1lb off. Grand total 2 stone 3, my first target was 2 stone by end of March so am very pleased. Easter hols with lots of plans so concerned will completely lose plan due to meals out but I'm just going to try and make good choices but not get upset about it and deal with after Easter. New target clear Easter excesses by end of April, start afresh in May and aim for another 2 stone by August.
