That is great. Thanks for the quick response. As it is so much do you think i could have half milk and half cheese so 250 ml milk and 20 g cheese?

So much for my success express intentions this week. I thought I'd pretty much dealt with the emotional eating thing but, nope, its still rearing its ugly head.

It could be worse though, its a STS for week 5, I am back on track-ish, but with two trips away in the next week and a half, I'll be lucky if I can say that in a fortnights time!

So any ideas for things I can take away and have in a hotel room? I'm thinking mug shots, fruit, maybe cous cous - I don't eat meat, although I do occasionally have fish.

I've not posted since last week, its been a busy and stressful week, and I think this week will be similar, but it will calm down at some point!

Now to catch up on what you guys have been saying since I was last here.

You can split the HEXA but how much cheese depends on which cheese you have.

    Evening all,
I'm another who's not managing to get online for long, or to post. I've just skim read the last 6 pages of posts! I tried catching up on Saturday morning while laying in bed, but OH started chatting away, and I couldn't concentrate. I didn't get back online for any length of time again until this evening. Have spent the last 3 days outside enjoying the lovely warm spring sunshine. I now ache all over, having mowed/tidied/weeded the garden thoroughly, and we're lucky enough to have a big garden. Today has been giving my car a good valet inside and out. Took me hours, but it looks nice and shiny as a result.

I was hoping all the body magic might have undone all the bad eating that have occurred since last Wednesday. Five days of being extremely bad, included 4 McDonald's meals and one take away pizza! Eeeek!!! I'm the only one in my house that cooks, so if I get busy doing something else, or am out and about, it's always down to me to organise dinner. I was simply too tired and achy on Saturday, and then Sunday I thought we'd have a chicken pasta bake, only to find the chicken fillets in the fridge for it had gone off! OH just said let's go to Maccy D's then, so we did!

Today I was better, and organised a bolognese sauce in the slow cooker to cook while I was busy doing other things.

    Meal plan today : EE

B - Danio yogurt (1.5), satsuma, apple, banana
L - Minced beef (stolen from bolognese before I added tomatoes), onions, mushrooms, celery, pickles. Slices of light processed cheese (4)
    Snack - banana
D - Bolognese (incl. above veggies), tomatoes, pasta. Grated cheese (3)
    Total syns today = 8.5

    HeA - milk
HeB - not had it yet, probably have an alpen light in a bit

WI tonight wasn't good, and it was a gain of +2.5lb pls. Shala.

Will try to catch up again in a couple of days. Of out with OH on his bike track day at Cadwell, which will involve a good bit of walking about for me to and from the spectator stands. It's forecast to stay dry too, if a bit cooler.

Hugs to anyone who needs them, well done to the losers, and commiserations to those who are like me this week. I said to my sister (who gained too) that if there was a fat !!!!!! award given at at SW, I'd be getting it this week.

Looking forward to a week of damage limitation, and hopefully pulling back the gain. Packed lunch tomorrow, so will all be healthy and free stuff :D
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing

Just back from weigh in and it's

    1 lb off please

I'm really please with that as it took me to my half stone and also my Easter Challenge target, woop! Though now I've started I'd like to loose another few lbs by Easter.

Been feeling sorry for myself today, I've had a cold for well over a week now, and it's been really making me very tired. On Friday I had to go to bed in the afternoon (I work from home) and again this afternoon I slept from 4 til 6.

To cap it all, I had a dodgy knee before Chtistmas, which I had physio on, it was loads better, I can even ski on it again (I go every week here in Norwich). But I went over on my ankle yesterday whilst gardening, and can barley walk on the knee today. So painful, I've had a bag of frozen peas on it most of the day, poor dogs haven't been very far, just a quick 10 mins shuffle!

Hoping to feel better very soon.
