    Hi All

I didnt get a chance to get on over the weekend. Our charity night on Friday went very well, we raised £1700 for The Kiltwalk Charity :T. I took the batter off my fish & just ate the (tiny amount) of Fish, not a single chip went in my mouth & drank diet juice all night. :A

I stuck to plan on Saturday as well, had wine but that was counted in my syns.

Sunday is where it all went wrong . I am always first up so put the chicken in the slow cooker for dinner, back to bed with coffee & magazine. Lovely DH made me a SW syn free breakfast in bed. We went out in the car & ended up in a wee village, went a long walk then OH deided to see if he could get us booked in for lunch, the pub kindly accomodated. I had steak, jacket potato & salad & wine :(. Afterwards we went to an ice cream shop & I had rum & raisin ice cream cone  & more wine when I went home. I have never been taken out for Mothers day & I didn't want to sound ungrateful by telling DH this would ruin the full week so I just ate my lunch & kept my mouth shut. I really worked hard this week to try get my 2.5lbs off for my shiny stone award but think it may have been scuppered after yesterday. Will let you know after WI tonight. :(

Apologies for not having caught up with you all, hope you are all having a fab week. :D

So EE Plan today (Dinner after tonights WI)

    B - Berries, Shape Yoghurt (0.5)
L - SW Quiche (HEA), large salad, melon, pineapple
D - Chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots
    HEB - 2 x Alpen lights

    1.5 litre water so far, 1 x green tea & 2 x coffees.

I dont have anything else to eat or drink now until after group.

    Hi all,

wasn't sure how I was going to get on today for the weigh in after staying the same last week.

Well it was good news and I lost 5lb this week.

I am really happy with that and thought I had put weight on but think it was just bloating caused by eating loads of fruit.

    Really happy now today:j:j:j:j:j

    Hi everyone
Thanks for your kind words. The walk helped and I might have had a little cry :(
I'm so worried about my player. He's still suffering the effects of the concussion and yesterday he just wasn't himself at all. He's normally a right chatterbox but he hardly said two words yesterday. He just seemed so flat and disengaged which isn't him. And he got quite emotional at one stage which isn't him either. My mate had a really good positive chat with her player so afterwards we went into the clubhouse and had a few drinks, then walked to the bar by the river and had another few sitting in the lovely warm hazy sundown. We then walked back to the hotel via the kebab house where I had doner meat and chips with mayo, and a bar of Dairy milk caramel and a McDonalds milkshake. I was so worried and fraught that I just gave up caring :( he's gone to see his consultant today so I'm hoping that he might get some good news. I won't see him now for four weeks so the wait is going to be a long one :( I'm so worried about him and even though he's told me not to worry I can't help but worry!! :(

I can't find it on line but Biryani is 4.5 and that's the highest syns of their ready meals.

Sorry to hear that the dinner was depressing MrsR, sounds like your player is really down in the dumps over his injury. He must feel you have a good relationship for him to be so normal with you (rather than perhaps putting on an act for PR purposes) but that's making you really worry. I'm sure the club is really hot on medical issues so he's in good hands.:) Don't worry about the blow out. Just draw that line!;)
