Beanie the coconut and lime muller lights are lovely. I made a curry on Friday night and added two instead of coconut milk and it was delicious. Hope they make them a permanent flavour.0

Evening all! Happy Mothers Day!
I've had a day totally off plan and enjoyed every minute of it, it included scones with clotted cream and jam, an indulgent pineapple yogurt pudding made with double cream and lots of brown sugar, and I've just finished the evening off with a stella artois cidre - my first alcoholic drink for a while.
Got a lovely pair of earrings from my DD's and no chocolate, so have nothing hanging around tempting me.
I'm back on it tomorrow, and am looking forward to my aqua aerobics session tomorrow. I have also agreed to do the race for life with my 2 dd's and my sister. We are doing the 5k race, so as of tomorrow I am back on the couch25k again. I managed up to week 2 last timebut am hoping to give it my all.
Hope everyone is doing ok, well done to all of the losers :T0 -
Ok, time to confess...the getting back on plan hasn't really happened and I am finding it a struggle at the moment. I am finding it hard to keep on top of everything - working, studying, children etc. - so when it comes to eating, I just want to grab whatever's easiest. To top it off I had a bit of a melt down today! Hubby 'forgot' it was mothers day, so he decided to drive to the local supermarket and phone me from there to ask what I wanted - very thoughtful! Normally it wouldn't bother me, but I think it was just the final straw today and I broke down!
After all that, it got to 6pm and I hadn't eaten a thing all day. So...we ordered another take away. Indian this time. Plus i had 2 glasses of wine.
I really want to stick to sw but I am really struggling to plan ahead. I feel quite frustrated as I have managed about 5 weeks on plan up until last week when it all started to go wrong!
Sorry for the long post, I think I just need to let it all out.0 -

Weighing in and running, busy day today
3lb off for week 5 please Shala :j:j:j
Happy Monday everyone0 -
Well done losers – some great losses there!! :T
I’d an ok weekend food wise but too much bread. Can feel it sticking to me – oh well three days to be strict now until weigh in. Did manage the gym on Saturday and Sunday though I didn’t do very much. Will go up again tonight and try, try, try lol.
Black dog still lingering - still bad, though not as bad as last week. Well and truly fed up with him now – wish he would just clear off!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Shala – Did the same myself – nice bath with the new mag over the weekend - but didn’t find it as good as it usually is. There seems to have increased the frequency of it which I personally think is affecting the quality but that’s just my opinion!
Anyone tried the new Peanut Bars? Think I might get some on Thursday. Although at 6 syns each I would need to be careful – I normally get the rocky roads and they don't last very long.
Well I ordered some Size 12 trousers and they arrived and they fitted J !!! Very happy about that – tried them on about 5 times just to make sure lol. I’ve never been a size 12 as an adult so its quite an event!! It’s a shame they are for going out and not for work as I am still running round in the really baggy 14s lol.
Becks81 – Between your black cloud and my black dog seems we are in a similar frame of mind. I really hope that it passes for us both soon – I for one know how blooming awful it is and we can only take each day at a time!!
Mrs Ryan – Really sorry to hear about the hairdressing disaster – hoping you can rectify it. Sooo hard to get a hairdresser you can trust these days – thankfully mine is fantastic and very cheap so I’m clinging onto her for dear life lol. It did take me a long time to find her though and many a hairdressing disaster was had beforehand lol. I ended up with a full on fringe once which I didn’t ask for and of course I paid for the privilege of something I didn’t want nor ask for!!
Hope all the Mum’s had a lovely day yesterday and were spoilt J. For those whose men didn’t play ball - its just men, they just don’t get it at all or they just totally adverse to the commercialism so just laugh it off. Hope all the single mummys enjoyed themselves too J.
I’d like a day to celebrate being single, childless and miserable as sin lol – can’t see it ever happening but anyhow lol.
Mrs Christmas – Don’t deprive yourself, you probably would have enjoyed a glass of red more than that hot chocolate for another 3 syns !!
Mrs Lady – Exciting times for you – well done for sticking to SW in the middle of all the madness !! :T
Welshkitty – A sts the same is good – your no worse off and will see a bigger loss next week J
Takeiteasy – Thinking of you xx A damn good cry sometimes helps xx
Maman – lol re the cupcake & the wine – I know which would benefit me more!!!:rotfl:
Just looked at the chart – can’t believe the losses – some really outstanding!!:T And for those struggling just keep at it – I totally bombed in the last challenge and was really disappointed - but kept at it - so you can definetely turn it around!!
Good luck for the Maths test & interview Seabee!!! :T
Sorry for such a long post - but a lot to catch up on!! xx

Weigh in day for me today and I'm pleased to report 3lbs lost.:) So that's the 3lbs off that I gained during my first week on the plan and I'm back to my original starting weight.
I think having more syns over the weekend must've helped so I'm going to have at least 5 syns every day and hopefully I'll see those scales begin to go down...
Thanks to all those who have helped me during this past week.:) Good luck to everyone for this week.0 -
Hi all so I have decided to sign up online and now my query is what is the best package to start with gold, bronze or silver. Do i need the gold to start with as I have never been to SW and don't really know the ins and outs of the planSPC #352
