3lbs is excellent. Our consultant is always recommending variety whether it's HEXs or meals in general.
Does this mean you'll have a wedding outfit to fit into greentiger? That's an excellent target.
I'm pleased to say I didn't succumb to any munchies tonight but tomorrow I'm out for a meal with friends. It's WI on Thursday but hopefully too soon for meal to catch up. I'm expecting a gain (I fact I need a small one as I was below target range before my holiday) but it shouldn't be too serious.0 -
what lovely exciting news greentiger.
Can announce a 5lb loss this morning for my first weigh in.
HEA today will be milk as lovely Mr Christmas brought up a mug of tea before he left for work.
Have decided to make that free SW stir for tea.
Have a good day everyone0 -

I can see where you've gone wrong today. If it's Green then you have to syn your steak or have a small amount (60g) as a HEB. I'd syn the extra bread instead as it's probably lower syns. The cereal will depend on what you have but something that could be a HEB is likely to be about 4-5 for 25g. It's not too late to change to EE by losing the sandwich and having something like a salad or eggs instead. And while I'm being extra picky:o I'm convinced you need a high proportion of SFs as veg and not just fruit so carrots could do with onions or broccoli or something with them. You'll get there, just keep plodding and sharing.:)
:TMrsC, excellent loss.
I've had a SW breakfast but that's probably it for the day. Off out to lunch.....0
