    Hi all

Can anyone confirm this for me? Last year when I went it alone, you were allowed 2 of all flavours of the belvita biscuits, just filling in my online food diary & they are not on the list??? Only Kellogg cereal & milk ones.....is this true? I only have the fruit ones :o, I havnt eaten them yet was just about to have them with my tea!

Pm me your email those who want the Aldi sheet & I will send in the morning I have left my memory stick in work x

    Evening all :)
Had a fun day today- packing away my winter jumpers and joggers/hoodies as my wardrobe is jammed with stuff I'm not wearing at the moment. I've also moved my winter fleece PJ's off my PJ shelf and replaced them with my cotton ones- I was surprised at how many jumpers and joggers I had! I've put my Pineapple tracksuit on EBay which was a bit gutting but it hangs like a potato sack on me now :D I've also put the dress up I wore to my birthday, OH and I's anniversary dinner and to my friends funeral which again is gutting as it has so many memories but I have one in the same style for Sunday which is a size 14 :j I'm also sending 5 pairs of joggers to the charity shop.. I have room now for some of the lovely summer clothes I've spotted in the shops :)
    Anyway- today's menu!
B: HEXB Tesco Wheat Biscuits, HEXA milk, banana, Mullerlight with black cherry (1.5 syns) NAS cordial
L: Diet Coke Quorn, Uncle Ben's Thai Chilli Rice (2.5 syns) Pink Lady Apple, pint of NAS cordial
T: Peppered Quorn Steaks, mushy peas, steamed broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, sprouts and sliced steamed potatoes, frozen mixed fruit salad, Mullerlight, pint of NAS cordial
S: Co-op Sweet Chili Chicken noodle salad (3.5 syns) co-op cheese twist (2 syns) litre of Buxton
Hope everyone's ok, night all x

    Evening all.

    Green again today:

B: wholemeal roll (hexb 1) toasted with cheese triangles (half hexb2)
L: syn free mushroom quiche, sprinkled with cheese (half hexb2), salad, pickles
D: veg curry with microwave rice (2 syns)

Hexa has been milk in drinks. Have about 13 syns left. Also have another hexa, but probably wont use this today. Not feeling particularly hungry but craving something sweet. Not sure what to use my syns on yet.

    Hi everyone!

Well done losers; keep at it everyone else.

Shala, you're a star, but I'm afraid it's STS for me again this week. Don't know how the coming week will be, because we are going away for the weekend.

Review of Tuesday's plan (family dinner)
    Breakfast: mackerel on hexb toast
Lunch: leftover vegetables in frittata - this turned into hexa cheese & herb omelette, with lettuce, tomatoes, radishes, spring onions & cucumber, followed by ML raspberry & dark choc sprinkled yogurt
Dinner: sausage & bean stew (1), mustard mash, cabbage - too much going on, so we had grilled Tesco HE cumberland sausages (2), onions fried in Frylight, beans and mashed potato
Snacks: alpen light (3) and a piece of birthday cake (with blueberries on top), so shouldn't be too bad

    Total: 5 + cake
And our football team won at last - woo hoo :T Let's hope it's an omen for a good week :)

  • Good morning and sorry for not posting for a couple of days but I have been 'good on the whole' although I had to guess a couple of thing when I was out.

I made a chili using an Old El Paso taco spice mix and just didn't think before chucking it in - does anyone know if it has any syns in it?

    Yesterday I had
B: 1 weetabiy, milk and banana
L: open sandwich (0.5 HEB) with turkey breast and salad
D: chicken chili with peppers, wrapped in lettuce leaves (instead of flour wraps.

Syns: way too many homemade chic chip cookies :o, but I did go for a run

Todays has started badly - white toast and butter, so I'm thinking that is all my syns gone (60g white bread 30g butter)
L: Big mixed salad and ham
D: Got to go to the supermarket

have a lovely day everyone - I'm out with a group of fellow dog owners for a long walk today so maybe that'll help me drop a pound this week.

    hi all,

Hope you feel better soon JoeDenise - colds are rubbish

I had a question about superfree, if my main meal is full of superfree veg e.g. a stew or bolegense do I then need to include superfree on the plate too? so by including a salad or suchlike xx
Thanks, feeling even worse today, it's now gone to my chest and think I've got a chest infection. I've got a Dr's appointment for something else this morning so I'll mention it then.

With regard to SFs - you just need to have one third across the whole day; it doesn't necessarily need to be separate on your plate so your stew would be fine if it's already loaded with SFs (as it should be); same when you make a curry, a bolognaise etc just add loads of SFs when you make it. I certainly wouldn't want a salad with a stew:rotfl: - it would be weird!

Haven't decided what I'm having today yet so will be back later with today's menu.

    Denise
