Thanks for your help. I suppose 4.5 isn't too bad. I will keep it on stand by in case of emergency.

Hi there all. Well done Easter target stars and all other losers. The rest of us will have to keep chasing that d**n horse! It's like being in a rodeo!

Well, that horse can predict the future! I did need to comfort eat - football team was rubbish! I haven't succumbed too much today however.

Saturday's plan (maybe I was comfort eating in ADVANCE of tomorrow's football match?)
breakfast: scrambled egg, smoked salmon, hexb toast butter (3)
lunch: Batchelor's Pasta 'n' Sauce (broccoli & cheese), salad, mandarin
dinner: spicy pork, rice, mixed veg, Hartley's 10 (0.5) So all as planned!
Snacks:lentil soup, slice of hm carrot cake (grandchildren "made" this for my birthday, so I had to have some - delicious - no idea of syns, but it was a small slice and feather light ;)
I will have a couple of hexa mini babybel light and some grapes for supper.

    Total: 3.5 + cake

    Sunday's plan
Breakfast: assorted fruit, 2 (part) hexb Ryvita & quark
    Lunch: chicken salad sandwich, banana
Dinner (the hard bit): family taking me out for birthday celebration

Hopefully the horse is safely in the stable.

I'm here. I feel utterly rude that I am not doing more than "turning up for my weigh in" - at the minute - hopefully with the pending easter break that will change soon.

I'd like to report -2lb loss please Shala. Which in turn gives me my 1/2 stone award. Not to be sniffed at for a month of chaos, I didn't think my busy life had room for weigh loss thoughts as well. Once again SW proves me wrong.

Must dash, swimming costumes to organise :D I hope you all have a lovely weekend.

 I thought they might be high, but that's crazy! I don't buy a lot of ready meals and tins/jars of food. I like to make as much as I can from scratch. But I am studying a degree at the moment and I thought they might be handy around assignment time. I might try the sweet and sour but wont touch the others! Thanks for looking them up.

    Lovely sunny morning!
Had a great day eating wise yesterday. I feel so much better eating good stuff and being in control. I did eat a lot though:

    Bacon, grilled tomato, egg
    Veg soup/ cheese & crackers HEa + 1/2 b
Chicken, peppers, onions veg stir fry and rice
Mini magnum f/f yogurt blueberries and jelly and meringue
Crackers & tuna mayo 1/2 HEb cucumber
    Pear total syns: 14

Today will be a cooked breakfast with mushrooms, more of my veg soup, not sure about the rest.

I found the Beanies flavoured coffee in Sainsbury's they do a ground one, I made the vanilla one in my cafetière, delicious and no calories compared with a vanilla syrup coffee.

    Have a great Sunday
