Talking of coffee... Douwe Egberts do a 'flavour collective' collection and all flavours are free! They do a lovely caramel one, I've just got the chocolate one but not so keen on that. They also do vanilla and hazelnut. Yum!Became Mrs Scotland 16.01.16

Weigh in tomorrow and really worried it will be the first time I have put weight on. I had a great day yesterday but not in terms of SW.
I had a SW full english breakfast, then 6 pints of Fosters with gammon and vegetables for dinner and then 2 satsumas with an Alpen light bar. I really think the beer has blown it for me this week.
Today I have had a satsuma and two Alpen light bars for brekkie with a batchelors curry rice, 2 satsumas and a bunch of grapes for lunch. For dinner I have had roast lamb, new potatoes, carrots, cabbage and sweetcorn with gravy. Tonight I will be having a Muller light yogurt and some grapes.
F/C everyone does well this week.0 -
Evening everyone!
Those coffees do sound good. I may have to treat myself next time I am shopping as I do love my coffee.
Another green day for me today.
B: Nothing! I just couldn't face anything this morning.
L: Mug shotChicken dinner (only a small piece of chicken for me as hexb, with loads of veggies and a little gravy). Homemade rice pudding for afters. Didn't have pudding rice so just used the standard stuff and it was ok. Could possibly have done with being cooked for an extra 5 minutes, but not bad for a low syn pud. Mixed in a spoonful of mincemeat which was really tasty.
Used a hexa for milk, so still have 1 hexa and 1 hexb to use up, but not sure what I will do with them yet. Used a few syns on a bag of cheesey curl crisps (which I have discovered have less syns than low fat crisps!) so still have a few left over.0 -
Forgot to add, I have made an amazing syn free veg curry for tomorrow. Will have it with rice and maybe 1 poppadom. It smells and tastes amazing!0
