They are free LL I'm on my second jar of the Irish Cream one I saw the advert originally in SW mag and brought a jar for Xmas can't speak for the other flavours but the Irish cream one is lovely

Mmm thank you, will have a look for them next time I go in, the kids can finish the syrups that are in the cupboard!

Thank you and I will say the same as I've said to my group and my sister- I can't really take a decent pic at home so when I'm dressed for the ball in 6 weeks time and I've had all the little extras I'm having for just the one day I will get my friend to take a pic and will proudly show it off xx

I have the amaretto instant one and that is good and I have the ground coffee vanilla one which is really nice, no need for sweetener and it's the only coffee I can drink with only a wee drop of milk

Trying to avoid going to the supermarket but those coffees sound simply delicious - do they do a caramely flavour at all?

todays plan:
B:apple
L: "pizza" of ham, mushroom, cheese(hexa) using wholemeal bread (hexb) served with yoghurt dip and rocket salad with tomatoes
S: grapes/strawberries
diet coke chicken with sweet potato mash and veg (havent decided which yet)

Syns: biscuits (10syns)

They do a cinder toffee one, not tried it yet though. I just looked on the Beanies coffee website, there are lots of flavours. Oh my, they're doing a cherry chocolate one and they do a creamy caramel one as well.

Just had a lovely meal of homemade burger (no bun)cheese, salad and home made coleslaw.

I had 1/2 bottle of Rekorderlig Premium Wild Berries Cider 500ml does anyone know the syns for that? (250ml) I tried to look up the calories for it online but there are a few different ones
