Hello everyone :hello:
Just wanted to log on & say hello to everyone. I have not been posting on this thread as i am not strictly following SW in entirety. I have taken the basic principles behind the plan & have "adapted" it to fit with me. I am still also following the 5:2 once a week and have recently started cycling to work again - (just twice a week which equals around 24 miles in total) .
This seems to be working for me as i have officially lost 19lbs now since January 6th which i am over the moon about but best of all is the fact i haven't waivered or had any "must eat everything in sight " moments.
I have had the one gain last month of 1lb - but this was down to me being "too big for my boots" and indulging in nutella/peanut butter on toast coupled with fish & chips plus other snacks:o. Lesson learnt and i lost the 1lb the following week. No more gains since (thankfully) .
Congrats to everyone on your weight losses :T:T:T ..I notice there have been some good ones in the last few days..:T

HAppy Friday All!
There is so much to catch up on it's crazy.
Firstly well done on your great loss this week Lantanna. You are obviously doing something right. I hope you have another good date and that your mood lifts
MrsRyan are you still having a lovely time with your Mum? So pleased you have your ball outfit sorted!
I lost 1.5lbs at weigh in last night. Shala for the chart please put STS for last week as I didn't get to weigh in.
I've not been great the last few weeks and had to walk 20km last week to get that 1.5 off. Time to get my act together again!

You can and you will!!!!! Just keep trying that's all any of us can do.
Yeah I'm flying on at the mo - but I have had major times of getting stuck and getting frustrated with it!!!!!!!!!! as some of you will recall. Getting from stone 2 - 3 seemed impossible for a while.
It does all come good in the end - just stick with it.

Cant remember when I last posted, but I missed a weigh in, had a stay the same, then a wee 1/2 lb.
Just back from a week on All Inclusive so we'll see how it goes on Tuesday.
Fingers crossed.0 -
Beanielou - NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! Move away from the chocolate!!
Late logging on today, so hope you've all had a good day
My green menu today has been:
B - Strawberries, banana and FF natural greek yoghurt
S - No time, as had to do lesson evaluations so I could leave on time
L - 4 x Rye Ryvita (HEBx1), plain FF cottage cheese, handful of cherry tomatoes
S - Missed this snack too as out and about getting Vespa MOT'd
D - Fajita mix consisting of plain Quorn pieces, onion, red & yellow peppers, tin of toms served in 1x asda wholemeal pitta (HEBx1) with lettuce
HEA - milk in coffee
Drinks - green tea, nas squash
Will probably have some more strawberries and a pack of velvet crunch (4 syns) later
Driving to Kent to visit family and go on hen night tomorrow. Will have breakfast at home and take a packed lunch to eat when I break my journey, so only the meal out to contend with. Not drinking as driving, so no danger there.
Have a good one all, will check in when I get back0
