  • Hi everyone, I hope you don't mind me joining in. :hello:

I started doing SW in August last year & by Xmas had lost 2 stone. Trouble is over Xmas I put 7 lb back on & since then i've struggled to get back on track 100%. I'll be really good & sts or lose 1 lb then put it & more on the next week so i'm up & down like a yo yo. I stopped going to group about a month ago cos I was getting frustrated & felt like paying £5 every week & not losing was too much pressure on myself.

I've been doing mainly green days as I love carbs but have been told that you get better losses on red so planning on trying a week of red to see if it gets things moving again.

I look forward to reading what you are all having & getting idea's. :A

Bummer beanie, that what it seems to be like at target. I often wonder whether people who don't weigh go up and down down too but it's just that we're more aware of it. I'm sure how clothes fit can be a better indicator than a couple of pounds up or down.

Good to meet you BCS.:) This thread is a good alternative to going to group. I'm a great believer that superfrees are the catalyst whichever plan you follow. So even if you want the extra HEXs that Red and Green allow try having the third SF (at least). I think what I'm suggesting is a halfway house towards Success Express.

:o I had wine syns tonight. Free on WI day????:D

Dinner - 2 x hard boiled eggs, cottage cheese, salad, beatroot, muller light yoghurt
Tea - pasta, tuna, courgette, onion, mushroom, butternut squash, broccoli - with 3 x light laughing cow triangles.

    Snacks - banana, melon, grapes

Hexa 5 x light laughing cow triangles Hexb 2 x wholemeal bread

Syns Skimmed milk in cuppas 1, tassimo cream pod 2, quavers 4.5 - 7.5 total.

Yeah couldn't believe it - especially after the weekend I had. Now if only my mood would catch up with the weight loss. I actually can't believe I'm 11 lbs off target!!

Whoever would have thought it when I started I'd get here !!

Shala - 4 lbs for the chart please

Yeah so quite a strange loss for me last night and I went in there thinking that I was going to have a gain. Maybe last weekend will catch up with me next week. I've a very strange body at times. The gym must be helping me as since I've joined its dropping off me.

Size 12 trousers are now a necessity.

I cannot believe I'm 11 stone 4 lbs - when I started I was 16 13 lbs so it is all a little crazy for me lol.

I've never been under 12 stone as an adult.

Black dog still here - but not as bad. Really hope that it lifts over the weekend. Have to physically force myself to do the housework tonight - another date tomorrow night - hopefully my mood will have perked up by then.

Good luck and thanks for the kind words!!
