It's great to hear other people's success stories.
Today has been according to plan except I didn't have fruit and yogurt at tea time. I turned it into a green day with HEB of ham and bread and HEA of cheese and milk (haven't drunk all the milk yet though so will carry it to tomorrow).
Syns have been a chocolate biscuit.
Tomorrow I am planning:
B: mushroom omlette, apple
L: turkey sandwich with a big big saladpork stirfry and rice
HEA milk.Seriously money saving0 -
Self indulgent post coming up sorry in advance
I'm now far more body conscious than I was when I was 4 stone heavier?! Before I didn't care about what my body looked like I was fat I looked like a potato I accepted that and never thought oooh that bit looks horrid. Today I was stood leaning over while on the phone and I thought urgh my bellys all jigglynow I'm horrified by how gross and wobbly and horrid my belly looks! Like all I've done since then is poke at my stomach and thought urgh
I never ever thought that before I lost weight? Maybe I just made peace with being fat and solid and now it's skin n less fat its different
Pah I don't bloody know thought being thinner would be easier but all it's made me do is feel repulsed
Here Endeth the rant sorryI just needed to get it off my chest sorry

HEs are a use it or lose it, you shouldn't really carry them over to next day.Self indulgent post coming up sorry in advance

I can totally empathise with you. I never cared what I looked like when over weight, wore leggings most of the time. Now am skinny minny I am so body conscious. My bum is so flat I like to wear long tops to cover it. Hate the muffin top that appears when sitting so always have cardy/jumper covering it. I imagine everyone is always looking at me and commenting but I know they aren't. Like you I thought being skinny would fix my self worth but really it's made it worse.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Evening guys, very quick update to say hi, and then off to bed to get some much needed sleep.
Welcome to our newbies Tich, Mountain and Veyron, join in for plenty of support and chat.... lots of chat
Well hands up everyone who forgot one of their children had a birthday today, and that the food plan would be completely off piste?
*sighs* I don't even know if I should begin to tell you what today's plan was, but I think for the record, and to prove how NOT to do SW, I will.
B - Danio yogurt (1), kiwi fruit, banana .... see, it all started really well.
L - Costa skinny capuccino, ham & cheese panini, lemon tart (because I'm weak, and stupid)
D - Takeaway pizza at birthday boy's request, plus a small slice of the hm vanilla sponge I made for him.
HeA - milk in teas
Heb - I gave up at the panini, so why bother?
Total syns = a gazillion
I really don't think the hour's walk I did this morning will have negated the food intake, and I had to cancel going to aquafit because I'd forgotten it was son's birthday too. At least I remembered to get him presents and cards, and bake him a cake.
No time to comment on posts now, but just want to say well done to Frogga for being back on it today, and well done to anyone who was on plan today. I promise I will be very good for the rest of the week, and into next week... another birthday next Thursday toothen no more until August - thank goodness!
One day the clocks will stop, and time won't mean a thing
Be nice to your children, they'll choose your care home0 -

Evening all and welcome to all of the newbies
Shala I would like to report a 1.5lb loss this week. Super chuffed with that as I beat my 14lb target on here, and I got my 1 stone award tonight in group. Not bad for my 3rd weigh in. Im also only 7lb away from club 10, so would love to get this before the end of this challenge.
Well done to all of the other losers. Annie that is a fab loss!
Mildredd don't you dare be repulsed! You have done amazingly to have lost 4stone, so be proud. I am trying to incorporate a little bit of exercise here and there so that I tone whilst I lose weight. Before when I lost 2.5stone(before I put it all back on) my stomach was super saggy, I could make all sorts of shapes with all the lose skin - so I can sympathise with you. But I would rather be in that situation and weigh 2 stone less. With exercise you will start to notice it less. I hope I haven't offended you.0 -
Morning everyone. Greetings to newcomers and congrats to some amazing losers!
Shala-moo, please put me down as -2lbs this week.
I have had a mixed week giving in to the chocolate fairies a few times, evenings the worst. But every new day......!
Take care of yourselves all,

Morning all..
Didn't have enough water yesterday so feel a bit fuzzy headed today - lets hope i can make it through!
EE day today
B - banana, yogurt, oats (3)
L - spaghetti hoops, toast if i can find some bread (heb)
T - turkey meatloaf, couscous, salad, mint yogurt
S - pop chips (4.5)
Mildredd, you can always start a bit of tummy toning after you've had your op... i think when we're bigger we can just be in a state of denial a bit, "i know i'm fat but i'm not going to think about it" type thing.
Toning up will just be part of your journey, and you've done amazing well so far :jMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -
Morning all :j and welcome to the newbies
Well done those of you that have lost or STS, especially WelshKitty for beating your Easter Challenge target :T

S - apple
L - 4 x rye ryvita (HEBx1), FF cottage cheese with chives, WW fromage frais fruit split (0.5 syns), banana and 2x plums
S - orange
D - LO sausage casserole made with Linda McCartney red onion sausages and tonnes of free veg, mashed swede
S - Ryvita minis (HEBx2)
HEA x 1 will be milk in coffees, not sure what 2nd one will be (struggle with this)

Keep up the good work everyone0
