Thanks for spotting that Shala Moo, I forgot about the porridge being a B choice!
So I will do the risotto with fry light and it should be free, or do the risotto with oil and not have the meat.
I have stuck to plan today so far, and had a clementine and banana as snack, but I do feel a bit peckish now. Apart from fruit, what are your suggestion for good free or low syn snacks? I would usually have a slice or two of bread and butter but of course, that's why I need to lose weight:rotfl:Seriously money saving0 -

Do you have any yoghurts or cold meat/pickles/beetroot you can snack on? I try to leave my Healthy Extras for night then it feels like a wee picnic!:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Today is better though...
B - 2 weetabix, Banana
S - Cup of soup
L - 4 ryvita with LC cheese triangles and chives, cherry toms, FF yoghurt and a pack of walkers pops
EM - Gammon, Egg and pineapple with SW chips
I love wandering around Oxford, must have been lovely on such a sunny day.:)
I'm not sure if your menu is meant to be EE or Green? If EE it's a little bit low on SFs IMO. Pineapple would need to be synned or fresh on EE but tinned pineapple can be a HEB on Green (but that would give you 3 HEBs with Ryvita and Gammon). Is your Soup HM with SFs in it? Lots of cup a soups have syns. Sorry for all the questions.:o
Group Challenge today from our consultant - Eat a minimum of 5 Superspeed Foods & no syns if we want to participate (we can have syns after WI) :rotfl:
Is that just a challenge for WI day? I suppose it's a good idea to encourage people to save syns until later in the day which is when most people get munchies and so much better than a postWI blow out. And you can never get enough SS.
Today's menu looks good to me Seabee.0 -
Hi all

Greentiger hope you are back on track.

So to food.

L Chicken Salad
S Apple and Grapes
D Think lean bacon, poached egg, mushrooms and spaghetti rings.
May have a ML and banana later

Hi Guys
I'm posting out of desperation. I just can't get my bingeing under control. I'm at the end of my tether, and I'm so ashamed to be posting this sort of message again, but I'm doing it in the vain hope that some magic fairy will fix what ever the hell is wrong in my head, and I'll stop it
3 years ago I was 21 st. I got right down to 12 st 2lb. Since then I've been up and down, up and down. At Christmas I was 12st 12lb and I'm now 16st 2lb. I've stuffed and stuffed. I feel disgusting. I look disgusting. The more I 'try', the worse I get. I have lost 10ish stone 5 times. And it's all going back on again.
I'd bought 21 Easter Eggs for my class, there are only 17 left in the cupboard. I've eaten so much, you'd be sick if I told you. I've had help from Mildredd who is so supportive and lovely :kisses3: and yet I let her down everyday by not trying or sticking to it.
I've 'borrowed' money from my mum to buy binge food when I've run out of cash, and she can ill afford to support my habit. I'm so ashamed. I've not had a cuddle with Mr Frog for months because I can't bear for him to see my fat. I feel so sad about that. Yet still I eat
I stuffed all of January, waiting for February to start. Then I thought I'd start again after Valentines, then after Pancake day, then on Monday, then on Monday, then on Monday...
I've stuffed all weekend thinking I'd start again on Monday, and I've stuffed today. I don't even get through a day now, where at least before I was managing a few days, or even a week at a time.
To have put on three stone since Christmas is awful. And If I don't stop I'll be 21st again soon. Now I just keep thinking 'well it will soon be Easter, so start after that' and ' I'm on a course on Monday, so start after that' or 'start after your birthday'.
I tried the cupboard of treats to just have 1 a night, but I kept eating the whole lot. I am right in the grip of a food addiction, and I'm not even trying to stop.
Anyone feel bothered to give me a talking to? Maman? Beanie? TIE? Sometimes, when you get cross Maman, and tell me like it is, then I pull myself together and stop wallowing. Not sure if I were you that I could be bothered though as you've said it all before.

Dear Frogga~ I am saying this in hope it will help a wee bit.
Right what'd done is done.
Move on now,today.
Draw a line.
You cannot change what is done.
Tomorrow is a new day & your day 1.
Break it down into baby steps, one minute at a time.
Don't dwell on what you have done before.
This is now.
You can do this dear Frogga & be the happy healthy person that you so want to be xxx

Yes, I'm going to take them to school tomorrow and leave them in my office.
I've phoned my old friend who I used to work with. She's out, but she said she'll phone when she gets home. That'll help. She always makes me feel better. We've not spoken since Christmas, but she'll help. I know she will.
You're right Beanie. Everything you said is right. I just need to do it myself. My lovely GP once said he could offer me a 'helping hand' and if I wanted to know where that helping hand was, it was on the end of my own arm. It's all down to me.Say it once, say it loud ~ I'm an Atheist, Anti-Royalist, Socialist, Tea-Total Veggie Frog and PROUD!:D
