    Morning all :)

Frogga - great to see you're feeling positive today. We're all here for you if you have need of us

    My plan for today:

B - Last of the fresh pineapple and ff greek style yoghurt
    S - Apple
L - Left over kedgeree, ww fruit split fromage frais (0.5 syns), banana, plum
    S - Orange
D - Slow cooked lamb that I should have had yesterday (double checked that the slow cooker was on before I left home!) with new pots, cabbage, carrots and broccoli. (2 syns from gravy and 1 from mint sauce)

HEA - milk in coffee through day
HEB - 2 x Alpen Light for supper

Drinks will be green tea and nas squash

Hope you all have a good day :j

I'm planning and EE day today - can you cast your expert eyes over the plan and see if there's any problems??

B: Ham omelette (fry light), apple
L: smoked trout (free I think), salad, slice of bread from small loaf (HEB). yogurt (2 syns here as it's not VLF).
D: vegetable stir fry, noodles (free egg ones).

    Snacks: banana, apple, clementine.
HEA will probably be milk in tea and coffees, although I have just used up the last of my milk from yesterday in my morning coffee so I still have a full HEA.

I might put some meat with the stir fry if I can find some chicken in the freezer!
    HAve a good day
I would suggest you add some mushrooms and/or onions to your ham omlette for breakfast as you have no SFs in there.
Also you can have 2 slices of WM bread from a small loaf as HEB or if you only want one you could have a couple of Ryvita later in the day perhaps with some of your HEA as cheese.

WOW  Guys, Thank you thank you :D

New start, new day. Walked the dogs VERY quickly in the fresh 5am Suffolk air. Felt fantastic.

Had a decent breakfast. Packed a good lunch, lots of fruit. Got a decent tea planned and ready to go when I get home.

Got a plan. Got to do it. Got lots of support from all of you. No excuses. No failure.

Have a great day everyone. You saved me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart

Good to see you sounding so positive and that you have planned a good day.

I agree with others Mr Frog is probably feeling rather unloved, definitely time for some cuddles.
2lb loss week 3 please Shala.

Sorry incapable of hitting colour on kindle. Won't lie, v disappointed, have worked very hard and no off plan moments but I do feel slimmer and now back in my old uniforms, so slow and sure will win the race.

Congrats and hugs to those who need them xx

HDK - don't be disappointed 2lb is a good loss. In all the time I've been doing SW I've never lost more than 1.5lb in a week and I got to target and have now been thereabouts for a year now.

    Morning everybody!

I’m back! Epic fail:eek: since Thursday where SW is concerned!!! L
I’m hanging my head in shame!! Here.
    Seriously bad!! :(
2 Chinese’s, 1 McDonalds, 6 Bags of Crisps, Gin, Bag of Giant Buttons & Way too much bread! That’s the craziest I’ve ever went off plan!!!! and I have no flipping idea whats brought it on.
Anyway - its done and over with!!
    Totally back on it today.
On a plus I did go for an 8 mile walk on Sunday and went to the gym last night. But my god its not looking good for WI on Thursday!
I also have my period again – after just having it 2 weeks ago – my body must be messed up at the minute as that is the only time that ever happens!!

Pleaseletmebelucky! Can’t believe that a Slimfast shake is 11.5 syns! I’d rather eat my sock lol.
Mrs Ryan – Totally delighted for you getting a new dress! Sounds lovely and you’ll look amazing in it J

Outoffunds – Well done for resisting the bread!!
Maman – Yes I have serious issues lol. I don’t know if I’ll ever feel good about myself. Fat or thin I never feel good about myself and just treat any compliments etc with suspicion. Its to do with the way I was raised sadly. I can’t see that it will ever change. However one day at a time!! I did look at myself in the mirror on Saturday night and think who is that person – I look so different.
I am seriously skint from now til the end of the month and that will probably affect my mood and my eating L. Car tax – aaaggh
Daisy – Awh really sorry to hear that the job hasn’t worked out for you. Wasn’t meant to be obviously! How are you getting on with the dating? Think mine has crashed and burned!! He thinks he likes me more than him and I think I’ve crushed his ego a bit – long story. So not really sure where we are now and trying not to think about it.

Sorry I missed you last night frogga. It's great to see you posting again despite the reasons. Brilliant to hear you feeling brighter this morning.

Dear Frogga~ I am saying this in hope it will help a wee bit.
    Right what'd done is done.
    Move on now,today.
    Draw a line.
You cannot change what is done.
Tomorrow is a new day & your day 1.
Break it down into baby steps, one minute at a time.
Don't dwell on what you have done before.
    This is now.
You can do this dear Frogga & be the happy healthy person that you so want to be xxx
    Here endeth the sermon!!

Frogga, I was so moved when I saw what beanie had written. Not just the words because we all know she's right. (Wasn't it you that invented the famous line?) but the fact that she's written so much when it's such a struggle to type. Thanks beanie:A

Everyone's rooting for you and I'll happily kick you up that slimy derriere if you wish. I'd suggest that you perhaps go back to the GP. I know what he said about the hand on the end of the arm but I might be using it to slap him unless he could come up with another suggestion.;)

Macpep or anyone else that can answer...Please can you tell me what on earth is Dyno Rod soup!? I'm guessing what special magic after effect it is supposed to have! :rotfl:

Hi Maman questions are fine, thank you for offering to help :A I know my menu is not quite right but atm I am not following the full SW plan, just trying to cut out most of the rubbish I eat inbetween meals and also changing my food at mealtimes to SW friendly foods. If my weight loss slows or stops then I will go full on SW, then I will most probably need your help!! My pineapple this evening is of the naughty kind so I'm hoping that I won't fancy any extra goodies later on. My soup was a powdered shop bought one so I know that will have syns too. I am trying to keep a close eye on the things I know will have syns and limit them. We have decided to have some button mushrooms with our EM so a few more SF's there :) Once again thank you for offering your help, it is very much appreciated :A

It was our first time in Oxford and it was lovely but we didn't spend much time in the city centre, mainly due to the extortionate parking fees!

Sorry, should have read your sig properly. If you do decide to go with full SW plan it'll be easy as e.g. you could change to HM soup and have tomato/mushrooms/baked onion with your gammon instead of pineapple. Personally I'd prefer to do that and save syns for treats but each to his own.

I always use Park and Ride in Oxford. It's not exactly cheap but much better than other parking.

Dyno-rod is a soup made from a major concoction of pulses. The recipe has so many that it needs a cauldron to cook it in!

Scan Bran has a similar effect as it's all down to the fibre. I've never tried it myself ever since people told me that the packaging tastes better and is easier to swallow! Friends favour crumbling one into soup or eating like a cracker spread with LoLo or similar cheese.
2lb loss week 3 please Shala.

That really is a good loss HDK, you've no need to be disappointed. After an initial good start, some people settle down to an average of about 1.5lbs or yo-yo between STS/small and big losses. You'll get there!

I'm out at lunchtime today and only options will be soup or sandwiches. Depending on flavour of soup I'll have that, otherwise I'll just have a sandwich and go off plan for the one meal.

Breakfast was beans on toast and supper probably SW Bolognese and will snack on fruit to keep SFs up.

Big hugs to everyone - losers, stayers and putter oner-ers alike... x

Lantanna - maybe ur hormones being out of whack have made you eat/crave more. But never mind, you're back on track and that's the important thing, fingers crossed for weigh in!

B - yogurt, banana, oats (heb)
L - chicken egg fried rice, orange
T - some meat, big salad and jacket (cheese hea)

Morning all. Frogga - great to see you are feeling better and more positive this morning, this forum is brilliant for support. My advice would only echo whats come before, because it was so spot on, what I tend to do is have lots of meals that I really enjoy so doesn't feel like I'm restricting myself. I've woken up starving this morning, so instead of usual weetabix and milk (which isnt floating my boat at all today) I'm about to have a MASSIVE cooked breakfast - still on plan but feel like I'm treating myself at the same time. That kind of thing really helps me, I seem to eat a lot of what I would class as comfort food but is actually helping me lose weight. I think we're all guilty of those "start again NEXT Monday" feelings and I don't know about anyone else but I'm TERRIBLE for giving myself time off for good behaviour at the weekends!!!

lantanna - sorry to hear thats not working out with your guy, is it just that he's a lot keener than you? That's maybe not a bad thing if he is? I usually go for the "bad boys" - get treated badly, made to feel bad about myself and with the ex who's raised his head recently, physically hurt and scared witless. Nice guys def have their good sides!!! I'm seeing the boy tomorrow and Friday before I go on holiday, we had a bit of a talk last week where he made it very clear he wants to be with me and that this is a proper relationship which would normally have me running for the hills but I would be mad to let him slip through my fingers this time. Sometimes you just know though, maybe you just know this guy isn't the one for you?

B: quorn sausage omelette, fried tomato, beans, potato chunks (2syns for quorn sausage)
    L: jacket spud and beans
D: Quorn chilli cheese dogs (3 syns)

Snacks / syns will probs have bread in it somewhere, week before * week I'm flipping staaaaaarrrrrrrvvvvvvviiiinnnnngggggggg

Thank you Maman, silly as it may seem I'd never thought of having
Tomatoes onions and mushroom with gammon. I'll take a look at the soup although I don't really like pulses so not sure it will be for me but thanks. Not tried the scan bran but don't fancy it either!

    Today the plan is...

    B - 2 weetabix and a banana
L - ham onion mushroom omelette, ff yogurt
EM - chicken, leek and mushroom potato topped pie with mixed veg

Today's not going so well! I didn't have time for breakfast before going shopping because I wanted to prep dinner for tonight and tomorrow before I went out but didn't want to be too late going out as needed to get back by lunchtime for a delivery this afternoon.

Tomorrow I'm out all day so unlikely to have breakfast again, lunch is likely to be a sandwich, although if I can get a takeaway salad I'll have that, even though I've had salad for lunch today. Tomorrow's dinner is a chicken tagine and is in the SC at the moment so will just need reheating tomorrow when I get in and make some bulgar wheat to go with it.

I've made a "chicken liver & lentil bolognaise" and it looks absolutely "yuk" - it may go down the sink. Got the recipe online but wish I'd seen a picture of it before I bothered making it! Only good thing is it's syn free, LOL! I'll see what DH thinks when he gets home from work.

If we decide not to have that then we'll have lambs liver, bacon, mash & veg, which I'm sure will be much nicer.

HEA will be milk in tea as usual throughout the day.
HEB - no idea yet but may have some Ryvita this evening.
Syns - mini meringues x 3 - 3 syns (bought when I went shopping as fancied something sweet and decided it was better than the toffee crisp I fancied!). Will be making an SW Eton Mess for pudding tonight so probably another 3 syns for meringues but will use FF yoghurt instead of cream as don't like squirty cream. So looks like a total of 6 syns so far.

Change of plan for my lunch...

I'd forgotten that I had defrosted some cooked chicken strips so it became a chicken mushroom and onion omelette instead, also popped up to Tesco and they had some fresh strawberries reduced so I'll be having those for pudding too :)

TMI alert! The scan bran certainly makes you go to the loo!

Breakfast - banana, blueberries, melon, mango and a slice of wholemeal toast with 1 x light laughing cow triangle.
Lunch - light baby bell, hard boiled eggs, ham, lettuce, cucumber, feta cheese, chickpeas, carrot, celery, cabbage, tomato. Apple and a activia 0% fat yoghurt.
Tea - chicken stir fry with lots and lots of veggies and rice

    Snacks - banana, melon

Syns - so far 3 on mayo on lunch.

HexA - splitting again milk in cuppas, 1 x light baby bell, 1 x light laughing cow triangle.
HexB - 1 slice of wholemeal bread - might force a scan bran down later.

    3rd weigh in tomorrow
