Hello, can I join you on this thread please? I need to lose some weight and I keep putting off buying clothes until I am smaller so I have to get on and find a bit of will power before the summer arrives or I will be in trouble!
I used to do a Slimming World group a few years ago when it was still green and red but I've got a some of the magazines that are more up to date and a list of syns which I think shouldn't be too out of date. I think I understand EE now so I'm going to start back on plan this week.
I'm trying to cut down on my meat intake so I think I'll be doing a few green days alongside the Extra Easy. Tomorrow I am planning to be green:
BF - apple, porridge, raisins (10 grams, 2 syns)
Lunch - Pasta with a tomato and courgette sauce, 30g cheese (HEA), yoghurt.
Dinner - risotto, salad, a bit of meat (depends on what looks good tomorrow at the shop but I fancy lamb), fruit and a bit of chocolate (syns)
HEA2 -milk
HEB1 - 80g meat.
Not sure what to have for the next HEB - Olive oil for the risotto maybe.
Looking forward to getting to know you all.Seriously money saving0 -
It was rammed please-let-me.
As usual spent to much money on clothes for my little boy - £80 in next eeekkk!
I got a £9 bag from primada and hubby got some socks and boxers.
Was saying to hubby today it will be a mini achievement when I can actually buy clothes from primark - always been to fat so never even bothered looking at them.0 -
Welcome Mountaingirl.
Tazzy have you tried the Next Outlet at Royal Quays? It can be hit and miss but you can sometimes get some good bargains. My boys are a bit older than your wee one (9 and 4) so we are very much in the Primarni and Asda phase - they get far too scruffy for Next on a daily basis!! XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Love it beanie :rotfl::rotfl:
My consultant always suggests trying it, and if you don't like it at least you can use the rest to get the hard skin off the bottom of your feet :rotfl: XxDebts @ LBM £23,729.31. Debts @ 08/04/2016 £0 :j

ha ha just had two with a laughing cow light triangle on and I liked it. Still no where near having my full HexA today though.
Had some melon and strawberries to. Stuffed now.
Please-let-me I always forget about Royal Quays - been the Clarks outlet to get him shoes to once. No pennies left till pay day but next time I fancy a spurge I will take a look.
Welcome mountian - I am fairly new myself - Wednesday will be my third weigh in. Fin0 -

I'm personally in a quandry at the moment as the consultant has offered me the operation but I've not had any more attacks since Boxing Day so I'm thinking I don't want to have an operation if it's not completely necessary. On the other hand if it does start up again I'll have to wait 3 to 4 months for the op .
I had my gall bladder removed last year - I had just one golf ball sized stone. I really expected everything would be wonderful afterwards. I had to have the large scar as Dr couldn't get the stone using laproscope so recovery was a bit slower. Now if I eat certain oils or fats I need to find a bathroom pretty quick :P I still get some pain and the consultant says that is to do with the constant dripping of bile but it is so worth having the op to get rid of those attacks0 -
Morning all, hope you had a good weekend. I managed 2 long walks and a ride on the Vespa (though it was very windy and scary up on the peaks) as well as all the boring domestic chores.
Reporting a loss of a measly - 1/4lb for week 3 please Shala-Moo
Obviously "mixing things up" last week didn't have much of an affect. Trying to stay positive and not go off the rails like I did 2 weeks ago. Holding on to the fact that I bought a pair of size 14 jeans and got into my ladies riding gear this weekend. :T
Visiting my daughter and going on a hen night this weekend. Have volunteered to drive so that will stop any alcohol syns, though we are having a meal so will save my syns this week and try to limit any damage.
Have a good week0
