Maman!!! Happy birthday!!! Pea beedeeee mamano ;)
    Have a fabulous day!!

Was me with the taster session / I'm going for jelly sweets - the dd will eat them anyway and it's not expensive to make ;)

I always have a little bit of extra choc or some crisps with my lunch on a wi day? Normally don't count them though?
Counted and now thinking I really shouldn't have it or should count it so this week is my last wi treat without of syn counting. Next week ill count it in my syns..

Urgh butter we got birthday cake dropped off from that party and some cupcakes for dd and the buttercream actually made my stomach flip it really smelt but no one else could smell it :/

    Well done everyone who's lost
And a bigger well done to everyone who's gained and maintained and carried on xxx first time I gained I went off plan threw all toys out my pram and got in a right foul mood - with reflection it was my * week - I don't gain on actual af week? But rather mid cycle (I used to be on ttc thread so I'm still very aware of where I am cycle wise ;) )

Nepalese currys are amazing :( I miss the Nepalese restaurant near where I used to live in London :(

thanks for the reply joedenise - I do not drink that much tea or coffee so my full skimmed milk allowance is to much, I tend to have one or two with skimmed milk then have a tassismo coffee with creamer pod which is 2 syns.

    Hi again,

I have been struggling as to what to post. I dont have a problem sticking to plan, I dont struggle with having wine at the weekends as I dont drink and I dont have any problems factoring in social difficulties as my son has autism and we dont go out anywhere as its too difficult.

I know I am doing well and I can feel a difference in my clothes, but when I step out the shower and look at myself I cant really see a difference, still worrying I guess that i wont feel good enough when I have lost the weight as I still dont feel good about myself now, you would think after a stone and a half off I would be happy, but I guess thats the part I am struggling with.
Sorry, dont mean to moan, you are all such lovely ladies, thankyou for listening x

Seen a few people mention Success Express on here.....I have no idea what it is?? Am I missing something?

Success Express is to increase your loss when you plateau. It means having 2/3 SF to 1/3 free food, so you have 1/3 of your plate as, say potatoes & meat and 2/3 vegetables.

You have 3 meals a day and get 2 HEAs and 2 HEBs. Syns are counted at the highest value of Red, Green or EE.

    HTH.

    Denise

& Any snacks you have in-between must be superfree ie either fruit or veg. My dinner last night was Bake to Perfection Salmon in lemon & herbs - free on EE & it was gorgeous, the rest of the plate was made up of carrots, cauliflower & broccoli. I am doing another SE day tomorrow x

Waterwatcher - We had a taste of those on Monday - they are 4 syns for the 19g bag, 5 syns for the 23g bag x

Great losses everyone, for anyone who gained or STS, just jump back on that wagon :T

EE for me today & I am meeting up with a few girls from class to go walking tonight, only 3.75 miles, I would rather do double that as training for the 13m Kiltwalk in April but every bit helps.

B - Frozen Berries, nat FF yoghurt, plum
L - JP, tuna mayo (1 syn), lettuce, cucumber, peppers, beetroot, pickles, dressing (1 syn), strawberries, kiwi, pineapple
D - HM Salmon Fishcakes (HEB), potatoes & loads of veg

I will have HEA later of 30g cheddar & pickles

Drinks so far - 2 x coffees (1 syn), 1 x green tea, 1.5l water (more when walking)

Tazzyb - If I am having 3 x Laughing Cow triangles (rather than 5) & 3 ryvita then I don't syn the milk in my coffee (I only have 2 cups per day). I have split mine before but each to their own.

Maman :bdaycake: have a lovely day & enjoy your meal

    Hi !!!!!!

I don't post very often either - generally only on a Monday after my WI. I don't really have any major issues with the plan and don't really drink either unless we go out which isn't often during winter as our social life revolves around our scooters.

I wish I'd taken my measurements before I'd started as I can't see much difference in my shape (still have awful belly apron) However, clothes are fitting better and I am getting back in things that didn't fit before.

It's little victories like my posh watch fitting again that keep me going.

Oh my goodness, they were nice but not sure they are worth that! Thanks for the info.

So our consultant posted our first "Mission" on the FB Group Page this morning, she wants us all to have one if not 2 awards by Easter it was to read pages 10 & 11 on our support booklet. She wants us all to lose between 10lbs & a stone :eek:Its good motivation I suppose, & you don't have to take part. :T
