Hi ladies, how's everyone doing? I might be a bit inconsistent on here because I found it easier to log on at work than my mobile!
Congrats nattykins! Glad you & your little man are doing well - enjoy him!
Not had too much time to sit about yet on mat leave as OH had Monday & Tuesday off so we were doing errands. Bought a new vacuum & steam mop so nesting is now much easier! Just had a Decleor 'radiant mum 2 be' treatment at John Lewis as an early birthday pressie from OH - so nice to be pampered for an hour! Got 38 week MW appointment tomorrow, I can't believe how high up the list I am now! Scary stuff.
Hope you're all doing ok xDS - 08/15

Nattykins - my son has two club feet, and we were told they were on the severe end of the scale. He had a few weeks in plaster casts from about six weeks, and has been in a pair of boots with a bar since then.
He's five months now and they're due to come off next week, and he'll just now wear them overnight. He honestly doesn't seem to mind wearing them, and he's crawling and rolling fine, so they've not delayed his development any. The treatment is a bit of a PITA, but the improvement already is worth it. We're still due to see a consultant to see if he needs a small operation.

Welcome floella80 and Mrshaworth2b!
That treatment sounds great Claire. I've booked in to have gel nails done next week. Never had them before but my nails are growing so quickly at the moment it would be nice to have them looking good instead of hacking them off when they get untidy. Hope you've been able to relax a bit now.
My morning sickness has reared its ugly head again the last few days. I seem to have a week or two off and then it comes back. I'm wondering if its got anything to do with when the baby is having growth spurts.
My pram has arrived and is lovely. DD was very excited to see it when she got back from school and spent the afternoon filling it with cuddly toys and dolls and pushing it back and forth across the dining room!0 -
So dizzy today and had to take my wedding ring off as my hands are swollen.

Where is everyone these days? It used to be so busy on here. Has anyone had their babies recently?
I'm 39+2, saw the midwife yesterday and baby is 3/5ths engaged. Growth scan last week est weight at 8lb2 so I'm going to have another chunky one by the looks of it!!
Hope everyone is well and that the boards become busier again xxDue 26th July, team yellow0 -
Hello Missy, I'll talk to you, the board has been very very quiet recently hopefully that's because everyone is enjoying pregnancy and is too busy to update hehe
Afm, I'm on iron tablets, currently 25 weeks. Plodding along with a toddler in his terrible twos.
You must be very excited, very close to end now. What are you hoping for? Or not bothered?Newly Married, not a 2b anymore!! Mum to two wonderful boys!0 -
Due date today ... Thought I was going into labour on Sunday as I kept having gushes. But as nothing happened over night midwife came to the conclusion it's only a "watery cervix" - Ie very very mega flooding wet CM. To the extreme I was flooding through and thinking that my waters had gone ... Less yesterday. Keep waking with back ache in the mornings but think thats the size more than anything. So nothing happening here yet! I'm still 3/5's here Missey. Is it baby 2 for you aswell?0
