God I'm tired, worked 8-4 came in cooked dinner and good for nothing else. Felt a couple of sharpe pains across my belly when eating my dinner which worried me a bit. I feel like I have just have been unable to rest properly lately. Have been debating going sick of work for a week to rest up but feel guilty about doing it. Work has been extra busy as my colleague is off sick so I have been covering some of her work.
Just anyone else get sharp pains? I googled it, seems to be quite common but midwife said to be wary of blood/ sharp pains when I was moaning about aching low down last week.
We haven't got our Christmas decs up yet. I wanted to do it at the weekend but felt tired and a bit sicky.
20 week scan next Wednesday, pretty scary how quick the time is going, there are so many things I want to get sorted before baby comes and its looking less likely that we will get them all done.:jMarried 16/07/2010, ds1 born 11/08/12, baby due 08/05/20150 -
I haven't had any sharp pains but there is so much going on with our bodies at tho mo I'm sure some pains are normal. Keep an eye on it & if it carries on or gets any worse give your midwife or the hospital a ring.
I know what you mean about time flying, I've got a massive list of jobs & decorating that needs doing around the house, I know none of it will get done before christmas now and by the time everything is back to normal after the new year I'm join to be 27 weeks! Then things will really have to get done!0 -
Hi ladies, can I join you here?
Scan on Friday confirmed I'm 13+something weeks pregnantI've got a little girl who's 13 months too who's keeping me busy!

Hi ladies,
I'm currently 14+4 according to our dating scan. This will be my third pregnancy {second baby} but DH's first. I already have DD{7}.
I don't know the date of my 20week scan off the top of my head, though I think it may possibly be 21/01/15. It's definitely that week anyway!
I feel good at the moment, aside from a few pains now and then, but I'm so tired. I work 8-3:15 Monday-Friday, and like a previous poster said once I've come home made dinner I'm good for nothing else! Our house resembles a launderette with all the clothes stacked up waiting to be put away and I guess DH either can't see I need help or is suffering sympathy tiredness and is too tired to do it too!

So, I've updated the list in a slightly different format so that those who are "officially" part of the next group hopefully still feel welcome to lurk and post - rather than just deleted!!!! Hope that's ok with everyone!
Trixsie - I've updated you to Team Pink because I think you said it was 80% certain?!! Let me know if that changes!!
jedi - I've had pains under my ribs, kind of like stitch until I move and then they're sharp stabbing pains. Apparently common as the uterus expands and pushes the ribs out - charming!!!
Welcome to krustylouise ! And don't apologise about ranting - that's what we're here for! Well, we also like happy posts, but seriously, if that's how you're feeling then we're here to offer any support we can. Sorry you are feeling so tired. I'm fortunate in that I only work mornings and I can remember coming home at lunchtime and going to bed to sleep for a couple of hours every afternoon!!
(oh and krustylouise and lemonmelon, I have guessed at your due dates for the list - let me know if it's wrong!!!)
Phoenix - hooray for Team Pink!!!! (although pink seems to be greatly outnumbering the blues!!! - maybe all of us who are Team Yellow will be having boys to even things out)
wendz - so glad you are starting to feel movement! For me, it was the start of it all feeling slightly more real rather than just feeling ill from all the nausea etc! Still just little kind of swooshes at the moment - hoping to get full on kicks for OH to feel soon!!!
Hope everyone else is ok and not feeling too overwhelmed with everything and is looking forward to Christmas!!! :xmassmileRock, Paper, Scissors, Lizard, Spock0 -
Thanks Aunty Pickle
Yes my due date is 05/06/15 - I should've said before!!! Baby brain already setting in!
I am normally quite jolly, it just seems to be the last couple of days I've got home after a full day at work, plus school run and having made the lunches in the morning, fed the cats and rabbit, got DD sorted etc, get home make dinner, usually wash up as DH leaves it and it drives me mad. Then do homework with DD and if I can be bothered have a shower/bath, then go to bed!
I got in last night and saw the washing up and just thought perhaps he leaves it because he thinks I love doing it?! :rotfl:PAD 2023 Debt total as of Dec 2022 £18,988.63*April £17,711.03
