Can I just say that preggers hair rules! I've always had thin hair that gets greasy really quickly but I reckon at the moment I could go a week without washing it (not that I would) and it's so thick and actually for the first time in my life doing what I want it to do!

Preggers skin however = rubbish!

Hi ladies. Hope you're all having a lovely weekend. I had a wee accident with my phone so not been around much.

LailaP yes my hair is much micer atm too. It looks nice and shiny and a friend told me it looks in great condition even though it desperately needs a cut.

teabag that sounds like a good deal for the icandy peach. We wanted the peach but couldn't justify the new price. The travel system will be pretty much the only new thing we're getting so we went for the oyster as that was about half the price with all the bits.

I must look properly massive now, a man offered me his seat on the tube yesterday without me saying anything (I wouldn't have as I'm ok standing for a few stops anyway).

Hi Ladies, I have my 20week scan in 10 days!

I will be finding out I hope, OH still not keen on knowing but I really want too!

My hair doesn't need washing as much either, again like others my skin is dreadful!

I am going to buy bits after the 20 week scan, god knows where it will all go as baby has to share our room for first six months at least.

Went to pregnancy yoga yesterday which was nice, today i feel shattered so prob won't leave house and OH is going out for a few hours so I will need to stay here with step kids anyway! Loads of tidying to be done.....if i can move to do it!!!!

Hi ladies, can I join you here? I'm still posting on less than 12 week thread atm but i'm 15+1- didn't want to leave it totally before my fellow ttc 12+ came over here too. This is my first pregnancy and everyday I seem to find something new to worry about- am going a little mad I think!

hi tcod, the most strenuous I've been today is crocheting tiny granny squares for a baby blanket, and I still had to have a nap!
took my scan picky round my sisters last night for the family to see, the kids have decided that the baby will be called little sausage until it arrives, guess it could be worse lol

Can't believe I am 12+3 today instead of just 12 weeks as I thought. I know 3 days is nothing but it does make a difference when time is going so slowly like it is at the moment!

2 weeks until we go to the US. I think I have pretty much got enough to wear now. I am definitely filling out and thickening in the tummy area (although it was pretty thick and full to begin with!) though don't know if it is to do with pregnancy or the fact that I have been eating pretty much hourly to try to combat nausea! I think I am starting to look a tiny bit different but there is no way anyone else could notice it. I can't wait to get a proper bump rather than just looking fat! Got all the maternity clothes now just need a bump to fill them!

There is a discussion about this on the less than 12 weeks thread at the moment - so can I ask you ladies who are a bit further along than me, are you snowing yet? If so, when did you start showing? I am so impatient!

I'm showing now and I am only 13 weeks. It's not massive mind but people have spotted it but thats because probably I am wearing things to show it off, I want people to know I am preggers not that I've just put weight on lol.

Ahh lovely I really hope it starts more in the next couple of weeks! If you don't mind me asking, do you have a relatively flat tummy to begin with? I don't....I am fat to begin with so I worry I may never properly 'show'!

daisiegg I started showing really early on, by 14 weeks I definitely looked pregnant rather than just chubby but I think a lot of it depends on how you're built. I'm only 5ft with a very short torso so baby had nowhere to go but out I suppose! At my 16 week MW appointment she said my uterus was a good 2 inches above my belly button which was why I had "popped" whereas I think most peoples don't reach the bellybutton at all until 20 weeks ish.

These are my tummy shots top one is at 15+6 the bottom one at 18+6 goodness I need to clean my mirror its absolutely filthy *hangs head in shame*





We have our scan on April 1st and can't wait to find out whether we're having a boy or girl! After the scan we're going to start buying the big stuff!

Oh just wanted to say I just got the dream genii pillow as I've been having trouble sleeping and my goodness is it amazing I had the best nights sleep last I've had in months!
