WTDN and Lemon Tree congrats on being team pink.
Daisiegg how frustrating for you that you found out an answer but are now being messed around again. I would be putting in a complaint about everything that's happened surely it's better that they're made aware of flaws in the system rather than just accepting it.
I've got a few people that think that I'm having a girl (and so do I) but will be happy with whichever as long as it hopefully doesn't get my crappy genes lol.
Mrs C glad you've got a sort of solution. Just wondering if there's another adult that would happily come along on holiday so that you're not paying twice for DH?

Just dropping by to say I am having my first proper kicks today! I've had the bubbles etc, but suddenly today he has come to life. I was sitting with my tummy a bit pressed to the desk and I got a clear 'give me some space' kick.
Grinning like a fool a bit here.0 -

Hello all. I picked up my Emma's diary packs today, the freebies were better than the bounty ones. My oh printed me two lots of vouchers as I emailed them twice by mistake so I collected one lot from boots and one lot from argos next door. They all had slightly different contents but I'm really impressed. I've lots of nappies, baby wipes and two lovely sets of johnsons products. Also some breast pads, palmers. Body butter, all bran sample, nappy cream and a dishwasher tablet. I also got a 50% off one aldi mamia product in each bag so I can get 6 items at half price. I'm very happy with my little haul0

Well I'm not sure what I've done to get such a stubborn little alien! I had to have 2 dating scans as it wouldn't play ball, and now I've been for my 20 week scan and I have to go back next week again! No amount of swinging around would get baby to move and although they managed to check most things they couldn't get the top lip or back of the head. No concerns but they just want to make sure everything is ok.
The initially said to come back in 2 weeks and hubby jumped in with the no first so I'm thinking he's coming round to the paying extra for the holiday thing! The appointment I've got means that I finish work for my hols even earlier next week
Speaking of the holiday, I found an even cheaper option for the hotel if we can't find another adult. Doubt we would be able to at this short notice so looks like we will have to change and pay the extra if we go. Heyho, I want a relaxing chilled out holiday and I know that I won't get that the following week, and I definitely won't get it if we stay here!!!No longer ...tobe! So pleased you're going to be able to go. What a relief for you to have a break.

HELLO!
I wasn't brave enough to post on the pg -12 w thread for fear of jinxing things, but feeling more confident now that I am in this for the long run - made it to 14w (tomorrow)! There's a baby in there for sure, and all it took was 4.5 years, 7k and 3 m/c's and a river of tears!
The 13w scan was good anyway and we have a very clear US photo - and, having exhaustively investigated the 'nub' theory elsewhere:
http://www.parentdish.co.uk/2009/06/03/nub-theory-baby-gender-prediction-at-12-weeks/
...I'm confident there's a girl in there! I'm excited about that possibility, but fear #1 son aged 5.5 will be sorely disappointed...!
20w scan is 10 July, so we'll see if I'm right.
I'm the meantime, nice to overlap with some old names on here esp. from TTC 12+ thread, although most of the names I recognise will be coming into the home stretch before I get to 20w mark..
I am feeling old and fat and sick and tired and can't stop eating carbs, but I keep the image of a shiny newborn just before Christmas in mind and it keeps me going (my EDD is 28 Dec).
