    :D

Done this on the tablet so hope it's worked. If not will log in properly to a computer and do it that way. Everything is in the right place and the right size so all my neurosis were incorrect as I hoped.

    Will reply properly later :D

Can you just edit your post to take the quote tags off? I was going to add myself from this as it's the most recent version but I can't quote it from your post as it's already in a quote so it disappears...

That makes sense in my head!

Congrats T2D and lilmiss on being in team blue :)

Hey folks. Slowly caught up on all the posts but I'm useless at remembering all that's gone on without getting a pen and paper so I can comment on you all.

So......big smiles and waves to those feeling great and having good days, hugs to those feeling carp and having bad ones, including job worries and everything else.

All this blue/pink/yellow talk has kinda made me want to pay to find out but today when we were in town we got a puncture on one of the two tyres that need replaced. Hubby had just ordered two tyres online last night aswell and today we had to replace one so just did both. We'll have a couple of spares when the others arrive so that saves further down the line but it also means £500 spent in 2 days! It's only £70 to find out but not sure I can justify that now, and not sure if he would want to anyway......

T2D congrats on being team blue. I think I was sent home to come back for another scan because I was too fat as well - but thankfully she didn't tell me that. But I have had to wait 3 weeks for my repeat scan - only 4 days to go.
My bmi was 35 at booking in, and I've gained 3-4lb the last time I got on the scales (last week), I may be getting growth scans also because of some surgery I had a couple of years ago, but midwife said it was because I was overweight and it was much harder to follow growth without them. But then again a friend at knitting circle is a tiny person and she had to have growth scans but I think that hers was because he was a small baby.
I'm not sure if their plans will change when they officially decide I don't have diabetes as I know they do that with women who have that.
Fur baby is back home - phew, but doesn't know what to do with herself, she's wobbly but refuses to lay down and give into the tiredness, so watching her from a distance (but not too far away) to check she's ok. I know it's the best thing in the long run and she'll be almost back to normal by tomorrow but I do feel so sorry for her.

I have kept thinking that there was something I meant to add to my post, but by the time I get to the bottom of the page I've forgotten lol
But I've just remembered - Christmas, although I know I will be opting for a cheaper Christmas this year when it comes to the baby, we could end up with a houseful on Christmas day. For years my sister did Christmas then a few years ago we shifted location to the community room opposite where my parents live, but there's a chance we may not be able to have it there this year, so we've offered our house. Hubby has been wanting to host Christmas for years which is ok for him given 9 times out of 10 he's at work till 2pm, but given we're a minimum of 10 possibly 13 and now 14 this year it's going to be fun, specially with a 3 month old.

oh I also picked up a couple of cute things in Tesco's sale today, a Boofle grow bag and a hungry caterpillar babygrow set which were reduced, also got 2 pairs of scratch mits for 50p, more than enough to pay when they're likely to get lost pretty quickly.

    Christmas, Bah Humbug!!!
I've already said this year I am NOT hosting Christmas dinner. Said that last year having done the previous two years, and then ended up doing it again as MIL wasn't well so this year dinner is definitely not happening here. I'd much rather go to a restaurant (not very MSE but less hassle) and then home again to chill out without feeling the need to be sociable. I don't mind if people pop in then I just don't want to have a houseful to feed! And it would also mean that I wouldn't have to have a turkey dinner. To me it's the most boring meal of the year and I really don't like it but apparently tradition says everyone has to have turkey on Christmas day.

Doubt baby will be getting a present from us this year, just probably get clothes for him/her or something that's needed as I'm sure there will be enough floating about and really, what are they going to know about it anyway? Absolutely nothing!

Oops, that turned into a bit of a rant!
