Good luck WW, I really hope those errant eggs haven't escaped - I think there's a good chance all will be well, hope so..

LA - 2 is a whole lot better than none - a high attrition rate is normal, but here's hoping these two are the real deal! I think maybe you got carried away with Octomum image.. (just joking..! x)

CC - that's depressing, I guess you can just act on the advice given and get some in the freezer. Good luck with next steps.

Lisa - how are you feeling? It's probably too early to feel anything at all, best to distract yourself..if possible..

AFM - feeling confident, the lines on the IC's are getting steadily darker and I have some actual symptoms (huge boobs/burning fire)+tired+dizzy+can't stop eating. Although that's business as usual!)

AFM.. Going through a blue patch. Would like to be pregnant, & not doing adoption. On the plus side I'm being very careful food/exercise wise & I've lost a stone which can't hurt I'm trying to look for silver linings xx

Hi ladies

Sorry I haven't been here for ages and ages, when we found out we definitely needed ICSI because of hubby's terrible sperm count and motility, I went through a really bad time and couldn't come to terms with it at all. I needed to lose only about 2lbs to get into the right BMI but instead stuffed my face, I think to sabotage myself, and our appointment in April got cancelled and put back to August.

I've been having period pain for a few days on and off but the witch wasn't showing up and I'm off home for the weekend for a family thing, I POAT for reasons why I have no idea, and I got a BFP on one of the freebies Clearblue sent me ages ago for doing the trial. And I mean a really BFP that came up immediately with the test line far darker than the control line. Hubby is away to the 24 hour Tesco right now to see if he can get me a digi.

The awful thing is, I haven't been taking my folic acid because I'd totally given up hope (I've taken one this morning!), I had a lot of cocktails last weekend too, and have no idea what to actually do now because I never ever ever thought I'd get to this stage. Do I phone the doctor for an appointment?

Oh my god my head is going to explode. I'm so sorry for doing a disappearing act and them coming back going Oh look, I'm upduffed, I used to hate when people did that, but I am honestly so confused and did not ever thing I would see a BFP on a test that I don't know what to do with myself!

In other news, congrats to Chickpea and LA, I hope for stickies for both of you xxx

Congratulations Angeltreats. Forget about the cocktails and folic acid, I know easier said than done, but there's nothing you can do about it now. As long as you are taking the folic acid now and you probably have years worth in your system. Phone the doctors to get an appointment but also ask what the process is to inform the hospital - do they refer you or is it self-referral. Do you know how far gone you are?

I just did a digi with the last few drops I could squeeze out (third test of the morning ) and it says 2-3 weeks.
