Plenty of protein and fluids , warm hot water bottle on your tummy. Do not despair!! There could be a bunch hiding, there could be more than one in some follies, that often happens to me!!

AFM - is it slightly crazy of me to be excited at the prospect of my b blood test today (day 21 bloods)? Reason being is that I have been using Clomid since May 2013 and 9/10 cycles later still no luck. I am looking forward to finding out from the results....am I ovulating. Quite an important factor in this whole malarkey! xx

Hi ladies,
Can I please join you? I have been a part of the other thread (not overly active) but feel its time to move on.

Us - me: 35, OH: 34, trying since December 2012. Day 21&3 bloods (indicate unlikely to ov); hsg done and 2x sperm samples.

We have our next fs appointment on Thursday this week so will get results from all above and hopefully have some plans/actions.

I am thinking after this I will probably have a million questions for you all.

Op went well collected 17 eggs of which 15 are def ok in size to use and other two may catch up over next couple of hours to start icsi injections later

Wee update from me (sneaking on on my tea break). Started 500mg Metformin today so I'm officially on my ICSI cycle. One a day for this week then two a day and a new start scan next week. EEK!

Star - that's fab news! Take care of yourself, after my EC I spent pretty much the whole day in bed with a hot water bottle and neurofen - take it easy and I'll be keeping everything crossed for a good fertilisation rate! :j xx

Love - as Lisa has said, warmth, protein and fluids can all help. The jury's out on the not-from-concentrate pineapple juice, I think - some people say it helps and some say it doesn't. I drank a couple of glasses a day, my eggs were good (although I only had 5) but still ended up with a BFN. x

loveactually - have everything crossed that the next scan is better news. Sometimes it just takes a while to get going, which is why they often adjust the doses after scans/bloods. Take care x

Anyone got any experience of norethisterone? I've only been on it since friday and I swear I could kill someone. I feel like my blood is literally boiling :(, like I can feel the rage just under my skin. I can't tell how much is genuinely annoying/stupid people at work (there really are a lot of them here!) and how much is possible side effects. Also had a right go at OH this morning and told him I hope he'd move out before I got home.... not that nice of me (although in my defence he was being a d.ick)

I don't feel like I can cope. It's reminded me how awful I felt on menopur and I just feel so scared of it all. The thought of having to take even more hormones again is really freaking me out. I feel like I have no control over myself.

You know you're not having the best day when someone at a different work-site suggests you might like to get yourself signed off . If that's how my friends are seeing things, heaven only knows how I'm coming across to other people.

Tea iv'e been on and off it for years now, makes me feel terrible and really low so huge hugs to you. How long are you on it for?

Ive called fs for the second time today with no call back so off to take 3 northisterone a day for 3 weeks and carry on trying to get a responce.
