Congrats Skaps. How are you doing lily_rose and how is everyone else?

I'm on day 20 of injections today. Buserelin until Monday when i started stims at a higher dose this time. 450 gonal f. Feeling it already. 1st scan for follies and lining isn't until Monday which feels like ages right now!

Sloth you're so right, it does only take 1, how many did they manage to collect?

Sporty I know it feels like ages away, but Monday will be here before you know it.

Lily fx for some more growth by Friday. I've been taking ubiquinol too for a few years (since we 1st realised we had a problem), but I researched dhea a bit more & I'm thinking twice about it now. We live in N.I. & there's only 2 fc in the whole blooming country :mad:

Still haven't got appt that was meant to happen this month for amh results, so i gave them a call & they said it'll be next month & they're sorting dates out today/tomorrow. Have a feeling I was forgotten about, or maybe I'm just being paranoid (I think I've got pms atm )

Just wanted to offer more congratulations! I joined this site after I had finished my IVF journey but I always read this thread. My FET is now 7 years old and currently trying on every outfit in her wardrobe in preparation for her first school disco. Make sure you have lots of tissues with you when you have your scan - it's just amazing when you see the little flicker that's the heartbeat. Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy and look forward to spending next Christmas as a family for the first time.

And lots of supportive thoughts for all those still on their journey - it's not easy but I hope you will all be as blessed as I have been. X

Thanks for your kind words, guys. They managed to collect 5, 4 mature and fertilised. Hoping for a blastocyst transfer on Saturday, if we get that far, which I really really hope we do. The embryologist said when the called on day 1 that they would only call on day 2 or 3 if some were lagging behind, and we could opt for 2 or 3 day transfer. But as nobody has contacted me I should hear from them tomorrow re 5 day transfer.

I've got my fingers crossed your follicles are doing some good growing Lily-Rose, good luck tomorrow for your scan.

Sorry things are dragging for you SportGirl. I found once the scans started it all went so quickly up to EC. Now it's dragging again as I'm so stressed about our little embryos.

Appt on Fri went well, the follies have grown! Have another appt on Mon to see whether I need more drugs or book in for collection, I hope its the latter. I'm currently on 450iu Meriofert and such a pain having to mix. Fingers crossed for you Sporty

Angel, I think they may have forgotten about you and it was a good thing you chased them up. I hope you get an appt very soon. I'm also shocked that there are only 2 FC!

Yay Lily_Rose! So glad your follicles are growing nicely. fingers crossed your Monday scan goes well and you!!!8217;re booked in for collection. Our collection was put back by 3 days initially and it was frustrating but I understand why the clinic like to use a conservative amount of the swimming drugs on a first cycle as OHSS can be really nasty and scupper the whole cycle.

We had 2 day 5 blastocysts put back yesterday morning. Onecwas slightly better than the other but the embryologist was happy that they were both good quality. I can!!!8217;t believe how lucky we were to get two embryos to day 5 transfer after only having 5 eggs collected. I!!!8217;m such a whirl of emotions.

The other two that fertilised were still progressing but hadn!!!8217;t formed blastocysts at day 5. The embryologist said they could still form blastocysts today and if they!!!8217;re suitable they will freeze them, but I!!!8217;m not getting my hopes up. I!!!8217;m just counting myself lucky to have had embryos to transfer. I was really worried we wouldn!!!8217;t make it that far.

How are you getting on Lily-Rose?

I've done 6 injections of Gonal-f at dose 450 so hoping for good growth on the follicles at the scan tomorrow. Another scan is booked on weds too. We worked out that i could have up to 6 more days of stims to go, so around 28 days of injections. Fingers crossed for egg collection maybe end this week/early next.

How is everyone else getting on?
