This is what they also requested from my husband. Wanted two frozen samples so could use these as "backup as requested". Sorry I am not sure if yours in on NHS but I am led to believe this is fairly new on NHS, in that our CGG has only just started funding this part of the treatment on the basis it actually increases chances of having suitable selection to choose from. They do a test defrost too to check still ok after process.


I am off this afternoon to have a scan and collect my drugs to start short protocol providing scan as expected!

If anything I was surprised they didn't do it last time as the results have always been pretty poor. It's just the total lack of communication yet again that's peeing me off. Well, tbh everything is peeing me off today. Just had a right go at a van that parked in my space at work. I stood there and made him move, then moved my car all of 5' to the space. Am hoping he's gone before I have to leave the building again

And now my cycle buddy has shot ahead of me again!

Only going ahead if I don't get AF 3 days early. If that happens everything is delayed for a month or so. Have had the odd 25 day cycle over the last 2 years. Hoping this is not one of those months. So you could shoot ahead of me yet!

loveactually - I'm not sure what my AMH was (although 5 is kind of ringing a bell somewhere...) but I was prescribed 137.5 units of Gonal F.
I was told it was quite a low dose as they like to start PCOS ladies low and then increase it as necessary due to the risk of OHSS. I ended up not having mine increased at all and stayed at 137.5 the whole time.

Just got the call from hospital.

I thought they might say to me to start the Gonal F from Thursday, but instead as my lining is not thin enough I have to have one more scan this Thursday.

Is there anything I can do to thin my lining any advice ladies?

I thought I will be able to start stimming today.

To put a positive note on things I am thinking atleast this means that by ET may happen during Easter time so I can relax at home wihtout thinking of work as I have two weeks holidays for Easter.

Love actually - it's quite common that scan shows lining not thin enough and delaying stims for a few days so don't work about it you are not far away and so a few more days should do the trick .

Afm moan aleart ladies. My fs gave me the number of the lady that deals with funding, called the number and was given the wrong no by fs, number doesnt exsist. Finally got the right no only to find out the lady doesnt deal with funding so now got to try and get hold of fs on a new no tommorow Also its been almost a week on the hormmoans and still bleeding going to try and get a blood test tommorow. Im 31 in a few month and we started ttc when I was 23 just feel like its never going to happen.
