    Well done skaps,yay :D

ww my dr is pretty useless,my iron keeps dropping due to the blood loss but they wont do anything.Im taking liquid iron but still lost 25% of my iron in 2 months. My dr said all they can do is give me clotting drugs which haven't helped so they just left me to get on with it. They did call me after the mmc to ask how my pg was going though :/

Great to hear about your frosties Skaps :D

Hi Emma, I'm using cyclogest suppositories rather than injections, which I have to use at the beginning and end of the day. This morning's was rather amusing, as I was running late for work and had forgotten until the last second - I know I'm getting blase now - what used to take time, preparedness and a private space is now acceptable in two seconds in the kitchen before running out of the door..

I'm incredibly nervous and getting sick of the progesterone symptoms which are so similar to pg symptoms. I'm eating like a pig, but that's just because I'm allowing myself to because I'm on treatment. I feel bloated but that's because I'm eating like a pig. I'm exhausted and my boobs are sore but that's just the medication. I felt dizzy this morning, but that was just because I'd spent 10 minutes squinting at a new grey hair in the mirror at a funny angle. *SIGH* I'm so sick of the 2WW crazies!!

    Oh, and terrified as well.

How are you guys coping? xxxx

    Hi ladies

I am on Crinone suppositories and only have to use them in the morning. The amount of times I am leaving and then have to undress to go and do them is mad.

I am normally ok at work but evenings with the hubby we both can't stop thinking about it. I feel like I can feel the embryo which is mad, I talk to it, telling it to stick. Crazy. I've been bloated for weeks and I am trying to eat my 5 a day but keep wanting to eat crap. I don't sleep on my stomach and have weird dreams about it all. My breasts may be sore but I don't know. I have twinges in the stomach but I could be imagining it.

I'm terrified too. Wish I could sleep and wake up for test day.

Hi guys.. not long now.. I guess the suppositories are easier to use as my hubby as to get up and do the injections every morning as they are in the muscle in the bum.. Massive needle. Apparantly if everything was ok I would have to continue taking them for 12 weeks but I'm not going to look that far.. just every day until next saturday… Keep having nightmares about the bloody egg transfer and wee situation!!! it was terrible.. Back at work monday for four days…
Hoping you guys are doing well.. xxx

    Hiya :)

I'm having a bit of a down day today. Feel like all the 'symptoms' I had (which I was trying to persuade myself were just side effects of meds) have gone. Seems I had my hopes up and now they feel down again. Harumph.

Hate wishing my life away, but roll on Wednesday. It's gotta be better to know, either way... xxx

  • Hey Floaty, I know nothing I can say will stop you worrying but honestly I had no real symptoms either so that's not a bad sign - it might just mean they haven't kicked in yet or you're going to have a really easy pregnancy! I can't remember if you're taking immune meds but they can suppress symptoms a bit too. Have you got any distraction plans this weekend?

Totally with you on wishing your life away... that's the trouble with all this isn't it you just get over one bit and there is something else to worry about/wait for. We just have to stay as positive as we can, you're so close now! Sending you a great big dodgy hug and hoping you feel better tomorrow :grouphug:

Had my second beta today and my hcg had risen from 192 to 1635 in 4 days, clinic seemed pleased with the result. Frozen please can I be moved to the graduates list when you have a second?

Hope everyone is having a nice weekend xxx
  • PM could you get a second opinion from another doctor? It makes me so angry for you that they are so unsympathetic - I have only recently found a GP that I love and that is supportive of all of our fertility treatment after seeing lots of bad ones. I'm sure there is a doctor that could help you xxx
