  • SO sorry to hear that Gelly x

My Day 21 scan was fabulous, big follicles and all that, HSG was completely clear, all is good. DId the 2nd round of Clomid.
Unfortunately AF is on her way so it's going to be the 3rd lot of Clomid.....which I'm dreading :(

Sorry Vespers everyone is different and please remember that but I've found it horrendous, I got Ovarian Hyperstimulation Syndrome, I got cramp pain in my abdomen and chest, I put on 8lbs in 2 days and looked pregnant, but the real pain only lasted for one evening but was then a bit achy for a couple of days. On the upside I've never experienced any of the mood swings!
It's just typical that after not ovulating for months (years!), they've now gone into over-drive. Hopefully the weight loss thing will help as well, I'm now celebrating 50lbs off!

Gelly and Jay,so sorry to hear your news, big hugs to you both.

Good luck skaps and Emma with your injections, I'm sure there someone else too but can't remember who, sorry.

Vesper, I didn't find my first lot of clomid too bad, it made me a bit emotional, although I'm sure if u asked my OH he would tell you differently!

Frozen, hope the leg is behaving itself, sure the physios will sort you out, they keep doctors in check!

Hope everyone else is ok. Nothing to report from me, as we're not tackling our remaining 3 clomid cycles until we're back from holiday, so probably mid March. Currently curled up on sofa watching Ed Sheeran on the beeb, love him!

    Hello lovely ladies.
Sorry to hear your news Gelly and Jay.
Lovely to hear your news Jammy.
In terms of clomid Vesper, I got v hot and quite emotional, but it was manageable. I didn't notice the emotionalness so much at the time, but everyone around me did - luckily they were too polite to say anything!

Hope the injections continue ok Skaps and Emma! I've started ovulation induction with Gonal F injections and these have been going fine. I've been monitored by scans and I'm using the trigger tonight so fingers crossed for this cycle, but I've got three cycles available in total.
    Take care ladies.

Thanks for everyone's advice on their dealings with clomid. She didn't really explain it all very much to me, I only have the sheet that goes with the tablets.
I've got three months of tablets. No idea what I do when that three months is up, as they don't want to see me for 5-6months now. However if I get the weight off I am highly tempted to ring them as soon as I do and see about making an earlier appointment rather than wasting time.

They told me to start the clomid that day as I was on day 3 and they said that it was close enough. Little bit nervous about becoming moody, I work out of my parents house with the business, they don't know about this at the moment (though they know that there's problems), my parents aren't very understanding about moodiness.

I am so so sorry you are back here about gelly.
Remember never judge someone that makes a mistake, because in six months time it may be you that makes the next mistake.

Oh Gelly, I'm so sorry to hear that. And hugs to you, too, Jay.

Vesper, I did 3 months of Clomid and the only symptoms I had were longer cycles and a couple of night sweats :) You might be lucky!

Afm, I had a day 5 scan yesterday and have just had one this morning. I've got 3 growing follicles on one side and several of tiny ones that have stopped growing. We're probably looking at EC on Monday (day 9) if we get that far. I'm feeling pretty down heartened now. Just waiting for the pharmacy to open to collect the final meds. Please cross everything for me ladies!

    Hi.

Could I be removed from graduate list please.

Unfortunately I had bad news at my 12 week scan on Christmas eve and had had a missed miscarriage at about 10 weeks. I had ERPC the Monday after Christmas. I'm doing ok and just taking each day as it comes, but I am lurking on here, but I think we are going to go for a ntnp approach for 6 months and then take it from there.xx
