I am being a very bitter grouch today. Why is everyone I know pregnant and why won't they !!!!!! about it?

Oh Code. There's one on my FB (now blocked) who couldn't make up her mind if she was gay or straight. Them she announces she's pregnant. Then the Dad was a loser who was threatening her. Then the Dad changes because a scan changed the due date (and hence the suspected conception date) and every other day she posts how miserable she is and lonely and how she just wants someone to love and hold her, but that's not possible because she's pregnant. I mean really!!!!!! !!!!!!!

Mine are all unbearably smug posts about how they did this, that and the other while pregnant, and ooh here's an article about how my pregnancy is saving the world and look at my massive bump and tell me how lovely I am..

I may be unreasonably hormonal but if I had a flat, stretchmark free belly I'd be taking a photo of it and posting it. Maybe I'll take a photo of me getting 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep :rotfl:

Aargh - why do I bother dragging myself into work if there's not going to be any power or working phones when I get here?? C'mon work people... keep your end of the bargain!

Code - I've blocked so many people now my fb feed is just random old people and craft shops

tea - my FB feed is the same, I have so many people blocked that my news feed stays the same from one day to the next

Comment on the posts with a link to a news article about the over-population of the Earth.

Or hide their stories from your newsfeed if they're someone you can't defriend. Or just defriend. I go through periodic culls. Get fed up of being friended by people I vaguely knew at school.

I just never look at FB really, I check a couple of times a month... My real friends email me or text me..

Was talking to my OH last night about why I took a break from one of my hobbies and I said "Well, lots of things were going over and over in my head, I'd just had a miscarriage" and he said "Oh that's rubbish, your MC was at least a MONTH before that" like should have already been over it well before then.. Silly over emotional me...

Got my drugs sorted for IVF though now, and start sniffing on the 27th.

Glad you've got a start date for sniffing. Now that I'm doing injections as well as sniffing, I'm even more glad I opted for sniffing for DR.

Oh yes, I never really thought that you'd have to do both at once (see how prepared I am!) and I too am very glad we are sniffing. I got no choice on my other drugs either BTW.

Is it a scan you have next pink?
