Yes, it must be something like that, they do keep asking me if I have pain in one side (I don't).
And how frustrating for you Lisa, I know exactly the range of emotions HER being late causes and its not fun0 -
Thinking of you lisa and pickle.0

AF definitely chooses her moments to go awol. Thinking of you lisa x
Hope the appt goes ok today pickle x
Isla - we're not EC twins!! How could you? :rotfl:. Hope your last day of injections is ok.
ww - hope you're feeling ok today and that you get good news about embies.
pm - fingers crossed the FS calls today.
LA and GV - hope the 2ww isn't too bad for you both x
This is going to be a loooooong day. Just want to get home and pack my bag. It's like when you've actually revised for an exam and you just want to get in there and get started. Am ready to BRING ON THE EGG(S) :rotfl:.0 -
Random question - this may be one for some of our lurking graduates (I know you're out there!)... I'm using the IVF belief CD which is in 3 stages (down-reg/general, stims, transfer/2ww). Which part do I use between EC and ET - the first part?0
-
ha ha Tea - yes, some of us are still lurking and keeping a wee eye on you all and all our fingers and toes crossed.
I would probably use the transfer/2ww bit. Or maybe just the transfer bit if the 2ww bit doesn't feel right. I didn't have that one but the one I used kept going on about preparing your mind and body for what's ahead and 'showing/telling you body what you want it to do' So, visualising ET so your body knows what's coming, visualising a nice, sticky thick lining, your embie snuggling in etc etc. Was all a wee bit wishy washy for me, but strangely I did find it useful and relaxing!
Hugs to everyone, xx0 -
Lisa, so sorry to hear your news - how are you and OH doing today?
Isla - had to laugh at you typing in the loos, I do that all the time too. Lots of luck for Thursday, lovely to have that date set.
Wahooo for being PUPO Goodvibes. Any ideas on coping with the 2WW?
Pickle, Did you have another blood test today? I'm so sorry that you are having to go through this. *Hugs*
PM how are you getting on? Have you got your appointment yet?
Tea hope everything goes eggselently for you tomorrow. I'm attempting your egg dance as best I can from the sofa.
AFM, call this morning and only 10 of our eggs were mature enough to do anything with but 8 of the 10 fertilised normally. Possible transfer on Thursday day3.
Feeling lots better today thankfully as was dizzy/sick/weak yesterday and in so much pain. Had a drip at the clinic due to high hormone level but POAS this morning and only had a very feint line (may not have even been a line) so doesn't that mean the hcg from the trigger shot has gone already? and the OHSS risk has gone with it? Hope so.
Hi Sewit :hello:
Sorry if I missed anyone, hugs to all xxx0 -
Managed to post that twice somehow, sorry ladies x0

Hi WW.
Sadly OHSS can still hit, especially if you get a BFP as your own hcg can bring it back. Keep up with fluids and resting, keep it at bay.
Sounds great on the fertilisation front, good luck with the next call!
We are ok, hubby back at work today so won't see him for a couple of weeks but we are getting by, sadly we getting kind of immune to the heartbreak. Working on the next plan of attack against infertility!! X2 angels in heaven :A0 -
WW - gatorade!! Or lucozade. OHSS can still develop (especially once you start producing HCG, which you will of course
) so please look after yourself xx.
ETA: amazing fertilisation rate!0 -
Hello lovely people,
New here, have spend the last hour reading through this thread. Wish you all the very best of luck, it's really horrible being in this position, isn't it?
I was wondering if anyone could share some knowledge with me - at my last GP appointment on 27/02/14 my GP referred me to my local hospital's infertility clinic. She said I would get a letter through the post with my appointment date.
As of today I still haven't had this letter yet... should I chase this up? I know it's the NHS so things don't happen quickly so I'm not sure whether to be worried or not.
