EE.T-Mob.Orange. Change T&C From 26th March 2014

Good morning,
I sent the email to OFCOM et al as requested, Random Curve, and have started receiving confirmations from recipients.
I have a quick question: I asked for a PAC code because that was what we were all doing. But I don;t actually need one or want to take my number with me. I already now have a different phone account with Three.
So, if I get a decision in my favour should I just cancel my Orange EE contract and will that start the process to me being compensated and refunded? Or do I actually HAVE to use my PAC and at least get a Pay-as-you-Go SIM to start the process - which seems a bit wasteful?
Thank you.0 -
Today is the last day you can send your email to EE to challenge your price increase! Get it done!
I have just updated the website with a new layout and tidied the templates up as well. We have added new forums to the website so you can discuss your claim as well.

I was a bit of a latecomer to the T&C terms challenge, and am in the period where CISAS have acknowledged my application and waiting waiting for EE's defence. At the time of my initial email I also sent one saying that pending my objection to T&C's change, I also rejected the price increase, in a brief email using my own words.
Do you think I should send the formal 'template' email rejecting the price increase, and start going through that process in case my T&C case fails (which wouldn't surprise me as I did it in a bit of a rush, and it's possible I may not fully have taken into account changes in how EE have been responding)?0 -
I've submitted a complaint email to EE claiming material detriment and they have now suggested that I contact CISAS.
I notice that despite having received the letter from EE a couple of months ago there has still not been a price rise applied on my monthly bill. I presumed that this would have taken place by now, given that it hasn't I am therefore unable to take forward a case with CISAS which demonstrates that there has been any increase to me account and therefore I am in a limbo situation. Is anyone else in the same position?0 -
Not happy!
On the 16th had Ms [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] appointed as my adjudicator.
Today I get this:Further to our previous correspondence, we write to advise that the original appointed adjudicator is unable to make a decision in the above matter due to unforeseeable circumstances and therefore a substitute adjudicator has been appointed.
The parties are advised that [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] has been appointed as adjudicator and that all of the case papers received have been forwarded for consideration.
:mad::eek::(
I immediately wrote to Cisas asking for a different adjudicator, claiming that I believe that [] could be biased in this particular case."Retail is for suckers"

I have an ongoing claim re t&c change waiting for CISAS to appoint adjudicator.
Q Do I start another claim re price rise? or will it mess with my original claim0 -
Well received my decision and i have won on one phone but no compensation. My other phone also with TMobile was rejected as they were apparently different terms.
Both post 2012, winner was feb 2013 & loser was August 2013.
Do i stand a chance on the price rise for my losing phone.
Adjudicator was Richard Stephens0 -
[Removed by Forum Team] appointed as adjudicator...........wish me luck! 50/50 chance according to post #1803

Just contact EE and ask them to close the account in accordance with the CISAS case - best to do this via email as the 150 guys won't have a clue.0 -
