I notice that despite having received the letter from EE a couple of months ago there has still not been a price rise applied on my monthly bill. I presumed that this would have taken place by now, given that it hasn't I am therefore unable to take forward a case with CISAS which demonstrates that there has been any increase to me account and therefore I am in a limbo situation. Is anyone else in the same position?

Not happy!
On the 16th had [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] appointed as my adjudicator.
Today I get this:
:mad::eek::(
I immediately wrote to Cisas asking for a different adjudicator, claiming that I believe that [TEXT DELETED BY FORUM TEAM] could be biased in this particular case.
It will be interesting to see how they respond to that - keep us posted.0 -

As previously mentioned not only am I trying to help as many people as possible escape their contracts I am also trying to pressure Ofcom into taking action. Can I ask that everyone following this forum (either actively or viewing from the side lines) sends the following email to:
Emailed from my and my gf's emails. I hope other readers (even those who don't participate in discussion) do the same, it only takes a minute!
And got a response already:

I've been assigned Jean-Marie Sadio to my case, not a name I've come across on here yet.
Thank you so much for your help! Much appreciated
Hi RC - I know you must be so busy apologies for being a pain, I wondered if you had a defence for my posts at #1819, #1827 and #1828? I would be so grateful! I've made a start but I seem to be getting lost! Thank you so much0 -

Dear Mr....
There is no possibility for a different adjudicator to be appointed at the customer’s request. All CISAS adjudicators are impartial and unbiased, as guaranteed by CISAS Rule 5(a), which states that “The adjudicator will be fair and unbiased throughout the adjudication procedure and will make a decision that is in line with the relevant law, any relevant codes of practice, and contracts between the company and the customer. The adjudicator will act quickly and efficiently”.
CISAS takes the decision as to which adjudicator to appoint. Neither of the parties to the case have the right to select or to veto the appointed adjudicator.
So there."Retail is for suckers"
