Just seen this on the BBC:
    http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-27033602

Seems like the RPI has fallen to 2.5% for the month of March. Of course, it seems like EE have taken a figure that was released in March for inflation but refers to the previous month (February).

Thank you RC for submitting that email. I am putting together my case for the SCC at the moment and will likely submit it in the next few weeks (it will all be backdated if it succeeds anyway!).
    Car Debt at 0% - 5304
    Loan at 9.5% - 3744
    Natwest Overdraft - 750
    Credit Card - 5100

    Total Debt - £14898

Hey folks, I posted this question a few days ago (post 1000 for the full text of their response) but haven't noticed any response to my query. Does anyone know what the advice would be for how to respond? (I have until the 16th to respond)

Use #744 to work out which template you need. If you are pre Oct '12 on t mobile use RC's advice in #769.

Isnt the price increase inline wit the Feb 2014 RPI?

RC, could you make another summary post detailing the locations of all the letters to send? For the newbies :-)

There is no need #744 is still ok.

    Hi all,

I have a deadlock letter and am ready to apply to CISAS. Can someone please point me to the post that details the best way to do this and the RC template to use?

This thread is getting so long it's starting to get hard to find thins 20 or 30 pages back.

Thanks for all the help so far and fingers crossed for the claim.

    Keverso.

    See post #744

    Hey guys,

I'm new to this forum and I've joined seeking advice.

I took out a T-mobile contract in November 2013. Since I've had the phone (iPhone 5S), I don't get much signal coverage in my house and rarely receive 3G, it's just usually GPRS and as you can imagine the speeds are absolutely terrible (I've got proof in the form of print screens from the speed test on my phone).

Also, when I took out the contract I agreed to £37.99 per month and the £3 charge of non direct debit, yet they've charged me £43.50 every month (I don't get itemised bills or anything else) which I'm yet to contest.

I didn't get a text/letter about them renewing the terms and conditions either, but I did get the 2.7% RPI letter last week.

Now, due to the three things mentioned above, I'm sure there must be grounds for me to be able to get out of my contract penalty free.

Just curious which way you guys think would be the best way to go about it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, cheers!

Regardless of whether you have received a text or letter, they have changed your terms. I would start on #1109

Well I finally received my update from CISAS late yesterday.! What is
interesting is my date of return.

Case No: XXXXXXX - XXXXX v T-Mobile (UK) Limited

We acknowledge receipt of the company’s response to claim, a copy of which
is attached for the customer’s attention.!! The customer is invited to
submit comments on the response, within 5 working days from the date of
this letter (letter dated 14th April), that is, on or before 21/04/2014

So both Good Friday and Easter Monday (public Bank Holidays) have been
classes as working days???!! Is it worth me contacting them to point this
    out?

Regardless, having read through these forums over the last few weeks I note
that RC suggests posts #688 and #689 with a few other comments made on a
variety of posts.! So I will use these.! Have used the templates so far and
    will continue to do so.

Haven't posted their defence document contents - but if anyone thinks it
would be worthwhile I will do so.

I am on a pre October 2012 contract with T Mobile, and the defence
submitted by EE is precisely the same as that of Persil33 at post #755.
Would be good to get an update from them as to how they proceeded
