That is exactly what I am trying to do. It is not about Maxie any more, he is just an example what is going on and that things need to change. Negligent vets are laughing as there is nobody that can do anything about them. Nobody at all.

No, I am not but I have a very qualified forensic vet report to support me and my view of my vet's actions.

yes - but you are targeting a single vet. you need to take on the problem AS A WHOLE. I am sure there are others out there who have had tragedies like yours. you need to get together and force changes through so that incompetent vets are not shielded by 'professional umbrellas'. right now you are a 'lone voice' and easily ignored. look up successful campaigns and study their 'strategy'. most changes are put through by lobby 'groups'. YOU seem to have the drive and energy to lead a group - so start one!
you have made a start on here - now go nationwide on effbook or twitter asking for similar experiences and contacting people who will join you. become a 'pressure group'. call it 'Maxies "whatever" and get together and decide on your goals.

Thank you so much for that. Just wanted to say that I am not targeting a single vet (my ex-vet) far from it . Your advice is very
inspiring and I will try to do just that.

I am sure no vets anywhere laugh if a mistake is made and an animal lost.

OP, you do need to move on. As has been pointed out, people make mistakes in every profession - they wouldn't be human if they didn't make mistakes.

This is just a matter of speach. Do you think I had a camera in her practice recording her in fits of laughter? Grow up.

I am sure my dog's death was very upsetting to her as well but some people seem to miss the point of me taking it further.
