  • Hi All,

At first i was not able to make a call, then i registered online, and it all started working ok, well most of the time ;) I spoke to noodle customer service, they have advised me, the service is free week days but there is a SMALL connection charge(CS say fraction on second depending on destination), can some1 confirm the charge if you have received your invoice.

    Cheers all keep Posting!

"Please note that currently Noodle Oodles numbers cannot be accessed from a T-Mobile number."

I would take that to mean that someday you may be able to, I think they are in talks to get it enabled but if T-mobile have decided to block it (probably because it costs them a large amount of money) then they are unlikely to allow it unless the cost goes down considerably!

I am not aware of any connection charge as such but as far as I know, the call will start coming out of your inclusive minutes as soon as you dialled your noodle number whilst being connected to your destination number. i.e. you will use up some of your allowance even when the call is engaged or nobody answers - just like using a callthrough service.

As soon as you get connected to the dial tone on your noodle number it'll start coming out of your inclusive minutes on your mobile.

There are rumors that you need a few pence in your account to connect sometimes. Don't think it gets charged tho unless it's one you have to pay for.

Does anyone know how to set up a one-touch speed dial number preceding by your noodle number via bluetooth to your car's handsfree device?

I have tried sending my phone book contact details via bluetooth as normal but the phone book in the handfree device did not recognise the destination number after the 'pause' which I put in after my noodle number.

Yes no problem at all. I think it is free during weekdays.
  • Hi I registered by texting noodle to 81025 and received the noodle number.

Upon dialing the number, and dialing the international number (tanzania) it works.

And then these people from noodle phones you to say that you MUST top up your account or your account will be deleted.

    Has anyone faced this?

If I keep on using the free service, can they charge me later on whenever I top up my account?

    Please help.
    thanks.
  • Has anyone received a call from noodles staff that you must top up your account/

I have been using to call tanzania free without topping up? Can they charge me in future for these calls when I top up my account?

    Please help.
