I applied on the 3rd and had almost instant response by email, followed by some brochures and use instructions as well as a debit card in the post on the 7th. I could then call them to set up Internet banking access and to get the switching process underway.
If you don't have an email, may be check your spam folder, or call them to follow up.
Hello Innovate,
How did you find the call centre representive when you called to make the switch. Any unusual or awkward questions that we should be aware of?
Thanks,

Hello. I applied on 6th of February and didn't heard anything from Coop. Should I consider my application as approved? I had a missed from Private number, may be it is them? Anyone with approved account, what is the timeframe for opening the account? Cheers
I applied yesterday, got an email confirming the submission almost instantly and then about an hour later I got a further email approving my appellation "subject to a few formalities". Just waiting for the stuff to come through the post and then give them a ring to switch.0 -

Same for me.
I just wonder if "the few formalities" include a check on those, like me, who abused their £200 deal a year or two ago.
Fingers crossed.0 -

I wasn't invited to nominate a charity at this stage which suggests there will be further communication once they have approved the switching bonus.0 -
Nothing out of the ordinary - they are running through a script which consists in large parts of the offer as described on their website. If you have read that, there won't be any surprises.

And did they ask any questions about salary / wages being paid in?
Was there any indication they're expecting to be able to write to employers to request they make future payments into the new account?0 -

There was no mention of an employer but then I don't have one and that is probably clear from the data they have on file for me.0 -
No questions about source of funds, though the T&Cs of the account are very clear on what they expect. I was asked whether my intention was to make the account my main account. The correct answer to that question is in the offer description.

I got the welcome pack but it says nothing more than the e-mail did: that I've been accepted and they're going through the formalities. No indication of when it'll be open and no requests for evidence or signatures. Just have to wait for the debit card I guess then set up online banking (again).
That reminds me actually what put me off using the Co-Op long-term last time they had an offer: their internet banking security is laughably bad. You have to give all of your internet banking details to them over the phone to set it up!0 -
I received another wad of paper in the post this morning, this time it's about the switching. Apart from the amount of paper, the only other surprise is that the date I thought we had agreed as the switch [completion] date is actually the switch start date. So my switch will be completed a week later than I thought. Not an issue for me, but it shows that the devil's in the detail.
This is the second time I am using a switcher service. It now looks even more complicated than I remember my first one was, which was years ago with First Direct. If it wasn't for the switching bonus, I would most certainly move my DDs/SOs and incoming payments myself since it is just way simpler to do it myself, I think I could complete the switch a lot faster, and I wouldn't have to sacrifice my old account if I didn't want to.
My PIN number for the debit card that I got last Friday has as yet not arrived.0 -

The only thing that caught me slightly unprepared was the fact they wanted the debit card details from the account that is being transferred (in this case a Nationwide account).
I haven't heard anybody else mention this but it's worth having the card to hand.0
