Re. the £800, does it have to be in one go, or could I put in £400, withdraw then put in another £400?
So, do you think they'd want to exclude a very large proportion of the UK population? And do you see anything in the T&Cs that states it must be a single credit?0 -

My local Co-op are a shower.. I went at 9am this morning to switch - wasn't open until 9.30. Waited about until then, asked about switch, they first said I'd have to make an appointment  then said she would check to see if someone was free to do it.. came back and said we can do it at 10am.. too late for me to hang about, things to do.
She then asked if someone could call me, so I said no as I had things to do today.
Does not bode well for Co-op so far in my eyes. I will have to call them up when I get a min today.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
Why don't you just do it online and on the phone?0

However, you easily can - unless you have another 'Reward'.0

My switch completion is 27th Oct, but I only have 1 DD showing on my old account so far. Is it still ok to try to set up another DD before the 27th, or would this not count?I Hate Jobsworths!!!0

I think it's OK. At the end of the day, you have nothing to lose, but have something to gain.0

Just looking at my letter from Co-op about the switch, which is dated 15th Oct 2014.
It states 2 DD or SO's both in the letter and in the t&c enclosed with it.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0
