Is it advisable to chase Co-op for the £100?

Mine completed 27th Oct (deposit done), nothing in the account yet.

It can take up to 31 days according to their website. Probably not much point worrying about it until after that.

It can actually take up to 45 days for the £100 to be in your account. Mine took 33.
Credit 'Score' - Don't buy the credit 'score' that Experian, Equifax and Noddle want to sell you. It's an arbitrary number that means nothing when it comes to applying for credit.

ALWAYS HAVE A DIRECT DEBIT SET UP FOR THE MINIMUM PAYMENT ON YOUR CREDIT CARDS, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER YOU PLAN TO LOGIN AND PAY EACH MONTH.

Thanks both, so 45 days for me would be by 10th Dec.

    Unless it's 'working' days..

I think it's just days. Mine got paid in 33 calendar days, so I'd just keep waiting for now.

Day 46 arrived, no switch incentive. Called them up. Rep checked everything and could see no reason why it hadn’t been paid. She then sent a message to the relevant dept to look into it and asked me to allow a further 10 days. £100 paid in on the following day - day 47.

Does the £800 credit have to stay in the account until the incentive is paid?

    Thanks

    No.

Anyone know what happens about the £25 for charity bit.. not heard anything about that and my Co-op is now closed.

Does it say it does in the incentive T&Cs?

If it does, how will those who are paying salary in (because they don't have an £800 float) put food on the table in the meantime?

I phoned to tell them I'd not heard anything and he just asked me which charity I wanted it to go to and he seemed to make a note of it. I asked how I would know it had been paid over and there is no way! My account is closed too - he never asked for any account details.
