I've done an hour in the garage :)
I put the door back on the shelved cabinet that used to be in what is now DD cupboard and now is a little pantry for our extra tins and boxes :T
I've tidied jigsaws into two boxes and edited our babies. If DD doesn't ask for them I will CS them.
One pram and two little storage seats have gone upstairs along with some teddies - they have a home now.
The chair is back where it belongs so the buggy, bike and scooter can go near the door. I may get one of those plastic carpet runners to protect the rug once I've cleaned it again.
And I might sell the trampoline :T if they don't play it on it much (now they can actually get to it...)
There is still more to do but I have the weekend free too.

Decided on a walk - much better to blow away the cobwebs and get some exercise! Filthy muddy though and Pip looks like she's wearing brown stockings.

Charlieyates of course you're more than welcome to join in again; just do what you can as you can :)

  • 1 hour later and I have managed to sweep all the floor! It was an absolute tip! The stairs is now piled high with toys that need taking up, I have an overflowing bag of rubbish and all the paints/pencils etc have been put away.
I've emptied dishwasher and reloaded and turned back on and thrown 2 bags of rubbish out (I need a new bin). Now having a coffee while talking to stepmum as she has a really poorly doggie. Then will carry on.
I need to walk the pup too.

Negotiated with lodgers that they could use the WM today as the forecast for 9.00am - 3.00pm is brilliant sunshine, so they could get their washing dryish outside and then finish it off in the TD. It's now 12.15 and neither of them has stirred, other than one got herself breakfast. My sympathies (never that generous) are being stretched.

Wardrobe sort happening. Four lovely skirts and four pairs of cotton cargo pants in the 'Clothes I should probably let go' box, so destined for the CS if it's open this afternoon. Eight cotton skirts in the 'Clothes I love but can't wear (at the moment)' box which is going up to the attic. If I haven't lost enough weight by September to be able to look good in them, they too will be going to the CS. This is painful.
    Better is good enough.

Aww, bless - I know only too well the joys of muddy walkies. Is she like some of my guests, and walks through every mud puddle she can find?:D

Already done my weekly spreadsheet backup; I think I'll try and put the Dys0n round the whole bungalow shortly, it'll save a task at the weekend. Mr LW was doing this task, but I've worked out a technique whereby I can manage the Dys0n myself without too much difficulty, so he can concentrate on the tasks that are too much for me whatever way I attempt them.;)
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)

I know I moaned but I still did all the necessary washing/feeding/shopping he is just whining and yelling and not covering his mouth when he sneezes or coughs... honestly the manners of someone who is considered middle class is absolutely disgusting!...
