They were as good as gold.:D I managed to get some emails cleared, and made the lasagne for tonight's tea (just got to cook it when I know Mr LW is on his way home). They've just been picked up, but I've said I'd happily have them to stay, if the situation arises.:o

Better crack on and get caught up now, I suppose.:o

    Thanks Dancemum!

Done my paid stuff only to get another job in! Unloaded DW, picked up a bit of gibble on table and that's it really unless decluttering 2 Creme Eggs counts?

    Hi all

We appear to be a bit better after a nap. DD slept for nearly 2 hours this afternoon. It doesn't bode well for tonight, but you can't have everything ;)

She did wake with a temperature, but possibly because she was snuggled under a fluffy blanket.

I've got all the icky stuff washed :T and drying on radiator racks, built a flat pack unit for DD room (needed something taller and narrower so it reaches as high as her bed and would fit by the side, looks v nice) mad dinner is on the go (jackets, not sure if DD will eat. She skipped lunch).

My cousin is coming later for the cotbed :T I hope he doesn't quibble, he is known for being a true yorkshireman ;)

Wondering if I can get hold of my dad...

I've made Tomato soup and hoovered upstairs. Just going to quickly wash the bathroom floor then I need to go and collect the boys late from school and pick some bread up enroute.

Another day not getting as far as I had hoped but that never mind.

Hello I'm back from big bad London and now have a bad back due to carrying luggage across the city because of the tube strike, abandoned taxi as it wasn't going anywhere.

Sorry to hear about all the poorlies and baddies. Hope everyone is ok soon.

Flying, just basics here, but I did come home to a lovely clean house and wonderful supper so DH is currently in my very good books.

    Have a great evening everyone.

It's bright blue and with a deep sculpted pattern, so it's easy to find things when they drop as they don't bounce! It's also secondhand :money: and rather grubby but it's up to DH to keep *his* garage clean and tidy ;) It will at least keep his feet warmer than the concrete floor does at present. Garage = playroom = his bolthole :D

Pfft. DS came out of school tonight with an absolute corker of a bump on his head. Not impressed, no note, no comment, no nothing. School policy is to call when its a head bump :( Apparently he and another boy were chasing a third (in a good way, they are besties) and the two chasers bumped, DS on his forehead and the other boy in his mouth  no teeth marks and apparently the other boy doesn't need a dentist :p

I knew I'd pay for DDs nap. She's here now dancing around the living room chasing a helium balloon

Still, my cousin has been for the cotbed :T he seemed v happy with his bargain, and told me they'd been for a scan tonight and found out they are having a pink baby :T aww how exciting. All is well, all parts present and correct, and little one growing nicely. And we have a few quid spends for our holidays!

So, that is one large item from the garage exited the building, we will do some more tomorrow... DD dependent...
