Ladies with hormone imbalances, I found agnus castus along with evening primrose really helped me, but once I had my children They just weren't as effective and I could barely stand up for two days of the month with pain so I went on the mini pill, this was after trying various lifestyle changes as well. After many tries on the combined I wasn't convinced but this has changed my life completely, no pain, no anger, no monthlies. Win win for me.

SFD 17/15 - I'm ok with this, would have liked a few more but with appointments here there and everywhere and having to pay for parking I made the most of SFD's

Didn't spend half as much as I thought I would on the holiday, which is good and leaves a little more in the house move pot.

Not done great on the gym but again, racing all over for appointments and viewings leaves little time for the gym.

I'm pleased that I managed to put £400 to the credit card. This means that I am still on target for my DFD so long as there are no major issues with the house move process.

I'm looking forward to March's challenge. Already rounded my funds that were left. Anything loose went into the terramundi on Wednesday so I have £80 left to start March with. I didn't take the whole budget out on day 1 because with the holiday money it was a bit too much cash to have out at once.

Thank you for Feb, kat. I kept to my budgets, hit the NSD, lunch to work and exercise targets, tho not on the coffee shop front.

And at the end of the month, I still had money to add to savings, which will now go towards the summer hols.

I didn't feel deprived in Feb and am looking forward to being a tortoise in March. It is a full on month in many ways for me, and being a hare would have burned me out. I shall potter on!

    Hi All,

Well bit of a mixed month for me.

    19/15 - SFD's :T
8/16 - LTW, Must try harder
£170.67/£150 - Shopping, oops need to check where I went wrong
    £70.02/£100 - Fuel :T
    35/28 - Decluttering :T

Need to work a bit harder next month. Already had a good look at what I've spent and although its over budget I do have quite a bit of food in stock. It looks lie Feb was a bad month but as I've been really tight on shopping for a few months I did have to stock up on quite a few store cupboard items.

Tomorrow is a another day :j

    See you all in March

I didn't have enough NSD, but did have a lot of no spend ones and have been able to put more than I expected into savings.

Exercise was a disaster! Will try harder next month, lol!

Final check in for the month. Well done everyone on another successful month and being another step closer to paying off your debts or saving for your goals.

13/15 SFDs, tbh I really haven't tried with SFDs this month and it shows. Need to get back on board with this in March.

Food and animal food budgets even out :) but personal spends does seem ridiculously high. I always think I give myself a decent budget and still I blow it. In March, I am not going a penny over on my personal spends! Remind me of this in a few weeks when I'm nearing my budget please!

Exercise was good but can't believe I've had 8 days when I didn't even walk the dogs, surely I counted wrong somewhere, unless OH has walked them.

LTW was good, but need to be better as canteen food is too calorific and I need to shift the rest of this weight ASAP.

Pleased with the declutter, but it must continue and I must rid myself of the guilt of throwing stuff away/donating stuff that other people have brought me.

Hope you all have a lovely weekend :)

  • Well good evening to you all! The final countdown begins. I am ashamed to say the bike through me off this month and left my travel spends lacking somewhat but these have been replenished through more OT this month..

However thank you all for contributing to the thread, making it what it is and keeping each other going right until the very end. This thread honestly would not have been the same without the dedication of each one of you desperately wanting to make significant changes in your lives... So whether you checked in once or more per day, only managed a few posts here or there or are a lurker (yes I can see you to) YOU have made it what it is and I don't say it enough..

I have a lazy weekend planned, a few dates with Mr Archer to keep me amused and some scheming to be done...

March is going to be a tight month for me and I am hoping to keep my head down and work a lot...

For those of you who are not on facebook my Australian passport arrived today almost like a signal to end the month on a high, to make me realise that all things are possible through some darned hard graft and to keep aiming high...

So Onwards and Upwards Contenders.... see you on the other side! :T:T:T
