I'm waiting for the girls dad to come over and help me take some stuff (in my car) to the tip. Obviously he's not bothered to tell me what time he's coming and if I push he'll just end up getting funny and then there'll be an argument, then he won't come. He was a bit funny yesterday when I asked him to bring my c.s.a with him. Conveniently he has no money and I was told "you should have asked earlier". It's the end of the month, he should remember it's due! He manages to pay his son's mother each week! But then she'd stop him seeing the boy if he didn't. I don't need to stop him seeing DD2 as he's not bothered about seeing her at the best of times
    Sorry rant over :o

I've taken all the dvds out of their cabinets, cleaned all the glass shelves and doors and put 80% of the dvds back. The rest are in a box waiting for the girls to go through later to see what they want to keep / get rid of. We have so many that loads wont fit in the cabinets I really hope some go or I'm going to have to think of some new storage
Tv stand and electricals wiped. Now going through some old paperwork, not sure what to do with it
    Coffee I think . . .

    Sort out family finances
    Collect DS1 from school
Take pictures of things that are getting sold
    List things for sale

FizzWizz, I am happy to come and stage a sit in at your dr's tomorrow (Friday) if you want, but I have no idea where you live, I know LW is only about 8 miles or so from me, but have car, can travel....................flyladies cakes etc would be required!!

Heh, this made me laugh! I have visions of flyladies littering the waiting room with placards taped onto the back of fluffy dusters on sticks, natch ;) I went back to the docs this morning as I definitely feel poopier today, and if I need ABx I want them now, not next week. The same receptionist took one look at the bags under my eyes and gave me an appointment this afternoon :) so we shall see if I come out with a script or not. Thankyou for the advice re: the practise nurse, CY, if this becomes a regular occurrence I will bear it in mind. I suffered with interstitial cystitis for years (this disappeared around the same time KH did one too, what a coincidence ;)) but it never left me feeling this rough.

Have been to work this morning, ran to Sainsbobs for dinner stuff and I'm back to work in 5 mins. My own house is a tip, I have four children here tonight and they WILL be helping to get it put right before any games consoles are switched on.

Waving bye as I run out the door  xx

Whisk together 3 egg whites with 2 Tbsp sweetener (e.g. C@nd€r€l) until they stand up in soft peaks.
In a separate bowl, mix the 3 egg yolks with 1/4 tub of quark (e.g. Sainsbugs BGTY), another 2 Tbsp sweetener 1/2 level tsp baking powder and a few drops of vanilla essence.
Line your sandwich tin (I used a 6" round tin but you could use a 7") with non-stick baking parchment or greaseproof paper and bake at 180 degrees C for approx 20 minutes or until golden brown. (It will sink, that is normal!)
    Allow to cool.
Top with 0% Greek yogurt or fromage frais and/or quark and fruit of your choice.
If you want to make a sponge sandwich, make two cakes of this size.

Dunno how few calories it contains, but a sponge sandwich made using double this recipe is only half a sin [spelling!!!!] on SW Extra Easy. It's very easy to make and tastes remarkably good.

I'm back for another mini rant!
I posted my last post, then get a text from the ex "you home" I reply "yes of course" and then I wait . . .
I make my coffee, put dog bedding in TD, (she's had an accident during the night) and scrub out the dog cage. Come back into the front room to find he'd text again at 12.36 "I am outside" it was 12.56. I go outside, no him, no car, nothing. I call him, he can't hear me, so I call from house phone. He says he came, knocked twice and is now having a cup of tea in the next town over!!
I never heard him knock, the dog never barked, nothing and I never left the downstairs of the house!! And it takes more than 10 minutes to drive to the next town!!
Angry is an understatement :mad: I now have to wait for him to come back

My biggest fear has been that someone would say I had no right to grieve as pre-illness I was planning on leaving him (and it stems in part from OH's family trying to cut me out of his life and that my feelings were meaningless, although they didn't know what my plans were or of his lies etc). I need to remember that I am entitled to grieve. I loved/love him and I'm slowly giving myself permission to grieve (I hope).
Anyone says anything like that, they are talking through their a**e. Your feelings are yours, no-one else's, and you are fully entitled to grieve for a life departed, and as Bossy so rightly says, for what might have been. In fact, imho, it shows what a good heart you have to grieve thus for someone who didn't treat you right.

Ionafan - can you PM me your mobile number pls. It's either that or I'll be asking everyone if they are the FurryBeast or I will need to wear a big sticker saying Jazee.
If ever I manage to attend a Flymeet (don't hold your breath, even if there's one in MK at some point, I may well lose my nerve) I have a necklace with LameWolf on it, I'd have to make sure to wear it!:D
I do hope Sunday's meet goes well; we've got champagne for Sunday evening, and I'll be making a candle cake of some sort (well, prob make a carrot'n'orange cake and just put a few candles on top) as it's Imbolc on Sunday. If anyone's interested to know more, here's a link to some info:

Today I'm wearing my Tyr rune necklace, in the hope of inspiring in me the strength to keep going despite the BD and a lot of pain.:o

I spent a good deal of yesterday scratting about on the floor, extracting dust bunnies from under the china cabinets; I shall be continuing to work my way round the lounge today, trying to poke into corners that don't always get thoroughly done. Mr LW has promised to do the high shelf in the corner tonight, as that's almost impossible for me to reach, even with the step stool.:A
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
