Thanks HB, I have sent Cabot an email asking them to respond, and reminding them of the FOS. I'll see if I get any response from that.

No answer to the email, so I posted Cabot a letter with the same info in, asking them for a response. I sent it recorded, and they received it on 20th June.. still no reply.

After a month of no response, give the FOS a call. They may call them to hurry them along...

I have not contacted FOS yet, but have received this from Cabot today.

They obviously don't read their own letters as they are mentioning Santander, and this is to do with a Barclaycard! lol

    Thanks again happy_bunny.

I am sending a letter tomorrow disputing the default date, and also asking for the historic statement.

So, according to my bank statements, the last payment made to this Barclaycard was May 2009 therefore the default date would have been November 2009 (6 months after no payments).. have I got this correct?

Is the above correct, is it 6 months after the payments stopped?

If so, should I contact Cabot and inform them that Barclaycard was wrong and should have defaulted me 10 months earlier?
