    We'll they must have both as my last address is on Noddle for their default, and I've been writing to them from my current address. Other than that, I don't know.

    Should I just confirm the last address they have on Noddle?

    Thanks, if I do this would it make any difference to the default.. could it still be removed or would they just update it with my current address?

    Ok, and I assume I should also confirm my other (maiden) name?
    I think they already know all this info, as they are asking for any previous name(s) and addresses, and this ties in with their wrong info on Noddle.

    Ok, I will confirm my last address and maiden name.
    Should I still be pressing them to remove this default, and see what they come back with? or just ask them to investigate?

    I would be insisting its removed.

    They may say no and give reasons. Then you can refer to FOS if you think they are wrong.
