I now find my credit rating shot to pieces because of a CCJ Debt Enforcement & Action Ltd have enforced. Needed a car recently, nope, declined. Need to rent somewhere different soon also...

My advice? Just look after yourself by picking up with these companies the moment you hear from them. You can always contest early on requesting proof. I cannot do that now as it has gone too far without my correspondence (the latter two of which I had no option).

Please explain just what this has to do with a pre-POFA ticket?

Otherwise, do as you agreed and start your own thread - not hijack an utterly irrelevant one!
